I usually go in to eat but decided to order delivery today. Googled the store and it said it was closed. Tried Googling it on my phone and it said it was open? I tried to place the order online. It kept defaulting to another card number I didn't want to use and would not let me place the order. I tried twice, same thing. Tried on the app, same thing. I wouldn't waste time trying to order online.

I ordered a whole size salad and the portion they gave was 1/2 size salad.This is very expensive and it is mostly lettuce. Way overcharged and size very small.

Hands down, best sandwich chain ever. The sandwiches always come out perfectly hot and toasted, and this location is never out of ingredients. Live music sometimes and plenty of seating indoors.

the service at Pot Ellyn downtown Naperville was fantastic! they explained the menu and helped me build the perfect sandwich. they were friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean.

Mobile order: second time I order a Turkey sandwich there and they forget to put the Turkey on. These kids are a joke , not busy doing absolutely nothing.

Food is good, why 3 stars? When you try to order your free sandwich online for the sign up perk it kept telling me to check all fields. I had to add a tip for the order to be placed for the free sandwich. I don't mind tipping but don't force it on one to do so when ordering this way

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered the pick your pair and they forgot so many things. One of our sandwiches didn't have cucumbers or any sauce, they didnt even ask us what toppings we wanted. We also got charged extra for both our soups when it was suppose to be included in the pick your pair. I'm so confused with this place. My son also didn't get his apple sauce with his kids meal. I guess this is what happens when you let teenagers run this place.

Ordered online from website selecting DELIVERY. After checking status, the order was categorized as PICKUP, despite the website information listing DELIVERY TO: our home address. Called the store for over an hour with no answer. Finally installed the App to place the order again hoping for better service. Second order was delivered as placed on the App. Still unable to reach anyone at the store for a refund to the first order now 3 hours later. Potbelly Customer service phone number is automated and unable to reach anyone for assistance. Very frustrating experience. Hard to believe a business can operate in this manner.
