The only reason they got a line outside the door is because they got underage kids go in. Witnessed a bunch going in with fake IDs. Bouncer confirmed

I was embarrassed and highly offended by my treatment. If you are a person of color don’t go here. Had a very ignorant server Samantha and spoke to a manager Matt who said sorry for the “inconvenience”. Save yourself your money and convenience and take it somewhere else.

Never in my 49 years have I been told that I have to use the upstairs mens restroom because women are using the women’s AND men’s rest rooms downstairs! I do not think I will ever visit this place again! This was told to me by a bouncer of Potters! Guys don’t come here, truly an Insult to us!

Tell the story right, there were ladies using the ladies room AND mens! I had to do annoying weave in and out through the crowd upstairs just to use the rest room a second time. Yea you would have been offended too!

Bartender lady (one with colored hair) in the back patio was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Somebody tell her she isn't giving drinks for free. The gentleman who saw us waiting for a while was atleast helpful and got us what we needed. Will not return to this place. Yikes.

Love this place. Food is good. Not a massive amount of choices but what they do have is awesome. Wait staff are good. Love this place. Ate outside and heard the live band. Wonderful way to spend a summer evening.

Unfortunately the food was terrible, flavorless would rather have Taco Bell and I hate Taco Bell. Patio was nice music was great, service fantastic, drinks are served in small plastic cups.

Honestly how is this place still open..? lol.
They need to replace this place with something that’s worth peoples money.
Rude service staff and management, just take a look at other reviews and the responses made by the restaurant, that’ll tell you everything you need to know ?.
Oh and food is bland as hell.

If you’re not white I don’t recommend this place. The music is always horrible, it’s 90% guys in there. The drinks are alright they are not that pricey. But this place is basically for white dudes to go and listen to trash music.

Terrible take out service. Food portions are not the same as if you were dining in. Expect wrong meat cook types as well. Example: nachos steak, after they messed the order up, wrongly slapped some ill seasoned boiled steak or chuck beef chunks on top. Top notch ? thankfully I am not a bot. The owner is ignorant enough to be sarcastic in their reply.

Edit to owners childish nature: It is 100% your NACHOS lol just with the toppings on the side. Is that a new one for you? Seeing your nachos with all toppings on the side. Point of the review is to show case that you gave crummy service togo. Been inside and ordered them multiple time. Grow up, and own up ?

The atmosphere of the place was very good, feels like a party with the live band playing. The service was very good too, Samantha our waitress was very attentive and did a great job. The only downer was the food, it needs some upgrading. Quantity was decent, but taste seemed pretty average. I would think twice before visiting again just for the food. We did not order drinks.
Not sure if I will visit again, but happy to try the place out.
