Just stay home and cook. Food was awful and bland I’ve gotten better steak at Texas Roadhouse

Ordered the RK Burger. It was delicious. However, my wife ordered the giardienara chicken. She was disappointed. The chicken was smothered in giardienara and the chicken appeared to be undercooked. The manager was very apologetic and offer to replace the meal which she did with a different dish. We had the Sticky Toffee Pudding which was very enjoyable. I highly recommend that dessert.
I thought the price for lunch was excessive as we didn’t even order drinks. My expectations for this establishment was greater than they delivered.

Way overrated and overpriced.
Crab cake was small but tasted good. Certainly not worth the price.
Brussel sprouts also tasted good but mini serving for $14
Roasted chicken was drier than the Sahara desert and tiny portion.
Caesar salad with added shrimp was saltier than the ocean the shrimp came from and the shrimp were tough as cowboy boots
2 beef Wellingtons were still mooing
And couldn't even wash it down with the Cokes as they were flat
Service was mediocre
Can't believe Gordon Ramsay travels the world yelling at other chefs about food but the restaurant with his name on it that serves this crap
Left with a $300 bill and still hungry
Never again

It was a pleasure to dine at this restaurant. I may have set my expectations too high with it being a representation of Chef Ramsay's name. The food was very good, just not WOW that I expected. I had the Beef Wellington and my daughter had the Crispy Skin Salmon. The beef wellington was on-point, tender and well cooked. The garnish/side was a bit lacking in quantity, it let the dish down. The crispy skin salmon was excellent, the green goo garnish was overpowering and distracted from the flavor of the fish. The biggest let-down was the dessert. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was gluggy, grainy and sickly-sweet. For the price we paid for the meal, everything should have been 100% perfect, not just good. I don't know if I will go back again to this restaurant, there are better for the money, and those places make sure everything is perfect.

First off we came for dinner and I’m seeing all these pictures of rolls we never received any rolls as starters which I was wondering about since most restaurants serve some kind of bread. Secondly over priced small portions and not that flavorful. Las Vegas is way better. Our first time here and last. Also my husband’s birthday dinner you would think they would at least comp the dessert nope. What we paid for here was not worth it at all. This restaurant doesn’t have feel or quality of Ramsey restaurants. Not worth it at all

I brought my grandparents to Ramsay’s Kitchen. We parked in the parking lot behind the main entrance, so already, there was a lot of walking to the “front” entrance. My grandmother had a walker.

When we approached the hostess stand, there was a younger female (hostess I’m assuming) on the phone as well as THREE men in suits with RK (Ramsey’s Kitchen) pins on their lapels. We were never greeted… as if the hostess was the only person that should be doing that task.

I asked the closest man in the suit and lapel pin if we could put our names down. Nobody else was waiting, but the restaurant was bustling! He said “it’ll be just a sec…” but did nothing! He didn’t move. He didn’t check the computer. He barely looked at us! The woman was still on the phone (clearly he was waiting for her), but I’ve got my grandmother here with her walker! Say something more than “it’ll be just a sec”!

And it was not “just a sec”. We waited for a solid 5-7 minutes just staring at this manager type guy in a suit and branded lapel pin DOING NOTHING FOR US.

He then told us it would be a 30 min wait, so we gave him our names. He responded “but you’ll have to wait for her (the younger female) to be off the phone”. So again, no solution to the problem or sense of urgency for my grandmother with her walker.

When we finally did get seated- it was immediately after the gal got off the phone. She was incredibly apologetic and lovely.

Our server was personable and even spilled the beans that his manager was buying our appetizer. We ordered 2 apps and only one was comped. Fine. It was a nice gesture. The problem I have though is with the lack of communication from that manager guy.

As far as the food went, the scotch egg was incredible. The fish and chips was a giant piece of perfectly breaded fish. Everything else was just whatever.

I hope that manager man gets a bit more training about how to treat disabled patrons and further how to communicate!

Stopped in for our anniversary. Atmosphere and staff were great. What I expected. Started with the crab cake, leak soup wedge salad, and Brussel sprouts . The crab cake was the best we’ve had. Soup was good. Wedge salad was just a typical wedge salads. Nothing special. Brussels were excellent.

Entres. Wife had the lobster roll and I had the seafood risotto. Lobster roll had great flavor, but lacked lobster. Lots of roll and little lobster. The seafood risotto consisted of two scallops, 3 large shrimp, and a lobster tail. Scallops were top notch, shrimp was a little bland, and lobster tail was way over cooked. It was actually difficult to cut.

Sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

Overall, mixed reviews on the food. We will be back for apps and drinks.

I've always been a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay and Hell's Kitchen on TV. While this may not be a Hell's Kitchen, the food and service here are beyond SUPERB!!! I have been here at least 3 times now and each visit was excellent, and I will definitely be back again!

For the price, and the supposed clout of the "Ramsay" name, I would have expected better. It wasn't "bad," just incredibly underwhelming.

We got the Parker Rolls as an appetizer. The tops of the rolls were so oily, and the bottoms so dry and metallic from the cast iron skillet, it felt like two different dishes.

I also got the Butter Chicken as an entree, which I was warned by our server was "Indian-inspired" and "very spice-forward." This would have been great, if true. The curry was pretty stock-standard for the dish, tasting like anything you might get from a jar at the grocery store. The rice was also either extremely undercooked or overcooked by the cast iron skillet it was served in, it had become a crunchy mess under the curry.

All-in-all, it felt like an over-priced cookie-cutter experience. It really drove home that Gordon Ramsay is a businessman first, and a chef second. The whole thing smacked of being uninspired, stock-standard, and cutting-corners.

If you want an overpriced cliched urban gastro-pub with a celebrity's name slapped in it here in the suburbs, it's perfect for you. If you want a real, unique experience and inspired dishes from a major-named chef... look elsewhere. Maybe Girl and the Goat?

I had the beef Wellington, and it was delicious. My husband had a fillet, my daughter lemon spagetti/lobster. We were all happy with our choices. We had crab cake and scotch egg appetizers, both very good. We've never had a scotch egg and were all surprised how much we liked it. For dessert we shared the sticky toffee pudding, that was my daughter's favorite.

Parking: Parking lot was behind restaurant.
