Presentation of the food and beverages was amazing, the taste was ok. Flavors of the coffee flight didn't come through as much as anticipated, but they were still good. Accept for the smores, which we were very excited about, it had a whiskey like flavor to it, and being that I got the non-alc version, I was disappointed about that. The french toast was a little dryer than expected, but that may just be a personal issue. Still tasty. My friend got chicken and waffles. She saidbthe chicken was grwat, the waffles were that that like those sugar waffles you get out of a package, so not as expected and also dry, but she still enjoyed it. Our server, Conner, was a little on the goofy side, but that made for some laughs. Overall, the experience was good! Just personal preferences not in line with flavor profiles. The card situation they have was a little odd as well. I see how it totally makes sense for if you are getting alcohol frok tap, but we just got breakfast and coffee, so we had no idea what we were even charged since you just toss your card in a bucket with tip amounts.
Delicious food and a cool self serve atmosphere! On the pricey side but made a fun dinner spot.
This place was so well set up. The southwest egg rolls were particularly fantastic. Such a wide variety of drinks on tap and flights from the bar. Love the concept.

Went on Mother's Day. Horrible experience but the waiters were nice. Poor management, took over an hour to get food, people were leaving because of poor service. The food was not that great because of rushed tasteless food. The only good thing was the drinks. Definitely won't be back waiste of money.
Edit: Their idea of “making it right” was to offer a $25 gift card. The email with the offer was signed “Tapville Support Team”. Looks like no manager wants to provide their name or take accountability. No thanks.
We had a 1:15 reservation for Mother's Day. We had high hopes, since we were seated outside, and it was a beautiful day. We ordered some Mimosa Flights and 2 appetizers and also placed a brunch order. We were attending a concert next door, but had about 2 hours - so plenty of time to enjoy brunch, or so we thought. Our Mimosas took quite some time. And we followed up on our apps a couple of times. After escalating to the manager, an hour and a half later, we got our appetizers. After an 1 hr 45 mins, after another escalation to the manager, we were told that we would not get our food in time to make it to our concert. I have never had an experience before in a restaurant where we just did not get our food. The servers were clearly overwhelmed, and we were told that the kitchen was just backed up. We left without eating our entrees and were comped the apps and drinks. So, our party went without lunch before our concert, except for my son who got a sandwich from a fast food place next door. First world problems? Yes. But this was completely unacceptable. My son and I went to a local Italian restaurant after the concert, and were seated and served with zero delay.

My family and I came in on Mother's day to sit out on the patio. Even though our waiter was busting his butt to get to everyone we were extremely disappointed. Drinks came out quickly but our appetizers took at least 45 minutes and still didn't even receive one that we ordered. Another table that came in after us received their appetizers before us. We ordered our entrees but it took so long that we canceled the order and just paid for what we got.
The boozy coffee flights & margarita flights are delicious! The outdoor patio area is perfect on a nice day. We made reservations and had no issues being seated upon arrival. There is a free parking garage right down the street if you can't find any street parking. Friendly and attentive staff.
Worst experience ever, I usually don't write a review, but this place was rude they refused to seat two tables net to each other, Host claimed that the tables were reserved and that someone was coming to use then, the place was half empty and at the end of the time that we were there over 2hrs no one sat on that table.. Over all very not worth the experience, host lied and joke with her coworkers that she didn't pair the tables together.. Won't ever come back.. Food took too long and was cold
Absolutely awful experience with our server, Connor. He took forever just to come over and take our orders — we waited way too long with no communication. The table was dirty and sticky, and when we asked him to clean it, he pulled out a filthy rag and left the table wet and still gross. At one point, one of us accidentally spilled water on the table, and instead of bringing napkins or a rag to help, Connor made fun of the person who spilled it. When it came to the food, the lemon chicken pasta was undercooked, the noodles were chewy, sticky, and clearly not made properly. When we brought it up, rather than replacing the dish, we were brought out a plain plate of noodles with zero seasoning. On top of that, he pressured our group to leave him a 5-star review, which felt incredibly pushy and inappropriate given how poor the service was. But the worst part? He changed the tip amount on the bill to a higher number without asking or getting approval from the cardholder. That is completely unacceptable and dishonest. We won’t be coming back, and we’re seriously considering reporting this. Avoid if you value respectful and honest service.
I am here now and I get it is Mother’s Day but I been here for an hour and 20 minutes and all we have received is a watered down Spring and Margarita flight (25.00 each) and no food! Awful service! I moved here from MD and was so excited to come here, saw many promos but I will never come back! I also signed up for rewards before coming but NEVER received my $10.00 coupon! There are empty tables too! Not one person on our side of restaurant has food!!!
Edit - after almost two hours we left without ever getting our food!!
