I order from rosatis al the time but it seems as if this location has the worse service, food & customer service. Everytime I ask for peppers with my pizza they charge me and I do not get them. I did not make it an issue until it keeps happening and no accommodations whatsoever so ever. I asked today to make sure they bring them on delivery and here it is again they bring nothing and I call the manager says he will notate my account for next time which does not sit right with me becusss there will not be a next time having to deal with this and no other times have been accommodated. My pizza has been cold on all occasions and I never complain due to the cold but this is getting out of hand and careless from this company. They do not care about giving good service let alone good food quality.

Order delivered was for a different customer. Order replacement wasn’t correct ingredients. Pizza cut wrong and had slid in the box. Bummed and no apology when calling in.

You said the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes and it took 30 minutes. I had to catch a train, so timing matters. Extremely annoying

The taste of the food is different from before. Not in a bad way but noticeable. Rosatis is worth giving a try

We are big Rosati’s fans and have ordered from several western suburb locations, so we’re super familiar with how this pizza normally tastes. Tried this location since we were in the area for regular family takeout thin crust pizza. To say this pizza was dripping with grease is an understatement. Could barely detect the sauce. Taste was also VERY different from other locations, and not in a good way. Would not recommend. Super unfortunate as this spot would be convenient for us.

Pizza was really good. The lady who took my order was very friendly and competent. However, when my pizza was ready another lady came out and seemed to think I wasn’t the one who ordered the food. Even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Eventually gave me my food and I left. Atmosphere is typical Chicago sports theme. After driving there, ordering, waiting nearly half an hour, all because online ordering wasn’t going through, they charged me a convenience fee.

The owner there is absolutely unprofessional. I’ve seen her scream at a customer, and I’ve ordered rossatis ever since I was a kid at other locations. 4th time ordering here I ordered 1 pizzas thin crust half pepperoni half monster. And they decided to make it into two pizzas, not tell me before doing so, and after I demanded for them to give me a refund on the monster pizza as it was thick crust and I specifically said one pizza thin crust. They were rude over the phone, came to my house to take the pizza back the owner herself and was insanely rude. If you want rossatis order somewhere else but here.

I came in for lunch today at 11:05 when I enter the gentleman was on his cell phone, taking a personal call and told me to wait a minute. He goes to the back and stays back there for six minutes. The cook came to the front and asked me was I being in service? I told him I needed to purchase something he told me I had to wait. I proceeded to leave get in my car and call to place. The order was on the phone for four minutes and then the gentleman proceeded to try to call me back three times while he was in the back taking a personal call. Poor service won’t be back.

This branch has gone downhill over the last year. I go there at lunchtime for slices. Recently I’ve experienced the following:
About a 20% increase in prices.
Additional increase for not using cash.
Lower quality of product, less sauce means less taste.
Crust (bottom) thinner and drier
Crust (pan handle) thinner and not doughy like it used to be, it was kinda like a breadstick.
No product at lunch time, only had cheese slices but had to pay full price like it had toppings. I was told they don’t charge for toppings.
Payment system not asks you for how much you want to tip, (For turning around and grabbing a slice)

I’ll still go there as it’s the better, most convenient place for a lunch time slice, just not very happy about it.

The woman there thinks she knows better my job and knows my contract better than me and was asking for a pizza bag that she say uber gave to me, uber don’t even give drivers a thank you, and it isn’t uber policy at all.
It’s ridiculous when workers at fast food restaurants pretend they’re above you.

Edit: by reading the reviews I see why this woman lied to me in my face, this is for customers: don’t order a pizza from places more than 10 miles away from you. A little common sense would fix that issue.

I truly cannot understand positive reviews on this place but I feel like I got duped. The pizza I got was $47. That’s a form of insanity right there but there was a special for a free cheese 12” so at least that made up for it a bit. The pizza was trash. The crust was like cardboard: flavorless and a weird texture. The individual ingredients were fine but even the cheese tasted cheap. I got the cheesy bread and the free 12” cheese pizza. They are literally the same thing except the sauce comes on the side for the cheesy bread. Meanwhile, the cost for the ‘cheese pizza’ is basically double that of the cheesy bread. Listen, I worked in a pizza place for years. This is the kind of bulls**t pricing that makes people not want to come back. Don’t treat your customers like fools. It doesn’t cost $7 to slap some sauce on before you cheese a pie and given it tasted like greasy cardboard, $16 for a cheese pizza is ridiculous so needless to say I won’t every be ordering this garbo again. I can go to Vai’s and get 3 awesome, delicious thin crust pizzas for the same price, thank ya very much.
