The so called "manager" Alex is unprofessional and does not care about the quality of the food coming from this establishment. To the owner "Abe" I feel bad for you, man. I've loved rosatis since I was a kid and this is the first time I've ever been disappointed. Clearly this place is going downhill. Just look at the other reviews. My deep dish pizza had holes in the crust, so whoever made my pizza got lazy and patched it up with other pieces of dough. It was also half cut, lopsided undercooked & burnt all at the same time. Get that kid out of that kitchen.

Always Rosati's! Love the pasta with marinara, meatballs, lasagna... And the pizza always a great choice
2/3 proportions were evenly spread, minus green peppers, couldn't find any. Flavor was good, sauce good but way too much cheese. Cut off globs of it throughout each slice, yuuk.

Ordered a pizza tonight through an Uber eats promo and it’s the best pizza that has ever come from here. Absolutely perfectly cooked, and perfect sauce/cheese/veggies ratio. Whoever is in the kitchen tonight, July 3rd, please give them a high five for me.

Great experience here. Came here over 15 times, and I can tell you they have the best customer service ever. The family is great, and I've met everyone. Food is delicious, and they always take care of you. Literally 5 minutes ago, I bought some food for takeout and they gave me a board so the hot food doesn't burn me. Amazing. Can't wait to come here during my high school years.
Called and customer service over the phone was very professional and polite. Came in and the young man was busy but he was on his game. Kudos to ALEX!!! He would not take a tip so here is 5 plus stars!
