I placed an order at approximately 10:57 am and the guy who took my call stated it would be about an hour and a half. So, I decided to proceed with the order. Now, it’s way past the time and I called back speaking to the same person(Alex) he was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked about my order and he stated “oh the driver went to drop off an order at the hospital and it takes them a long time to come out.” I stated maybe he should’ve delivered to me first. That very rude and uncivilized guy Alex stated “maybe next he will not take my order.” He’s definitely in the wrong line of work… he needs to be in a warehouse or something! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ROSATI’S AGAIN!!! I wish I could get in contact with the owner.

I order from this location quite often and each time I’m spending $40 or more and I never had an issue until today. I was told my order would be delivered within a hour. However, it was much longer. Upon receiving my food, my pizza was cold, boneless wings over cooked and hard, pizza bread burnt. To male matters worse the delivery driver called me and asked for me to come down and get my order. I called to complain about my entire experience only to be hung up after holding for 11 mins. I called bck again and was placed back on hold for 30 mins during business hours of operation. No one never answered after the phone rings for so long it puts you in a hold queue. This is unacceptable and poor service! Ohhh and I forgot to mention the delivery driver demanded a tip. Stated that I didn’t tip with my credit card and he needs to receive his tip in cash. Since when are you obligated to tip. I have no problem with tipping but how he went about it is wrong.

Very terrible service and will never spend my money with them again.the delivery driver shows up with no change and I had a 31$ order so I was for to just give away my cash just because of that. Rather it was a 50$ or 100$ bill and the person I just spoke with tell me it’s my fault oh well and hangs up. Not professional at all and getting ready to contact corporate for this

Usually are go to pizza but this day not so much. Pineapple and garlic and just cheese xl. How hard could that be. 60$ of tasteless pizza.

It's good. Food was good. Got french fries and cheese bread. Staff was meh. Atmosphere was meh. Has tables but no public restroom. Slices were a 15 minute wait.

The so called "manager" Alex is unprofessional and does not care about the quality of the food coming from this establishment. To the owner "Abe" I feel bad for you, man. I've loved rosatis since I was a kid and this is the first time I've ever been disappointed. Clearly this place is going downhill. Just look at the other reviews. My deep dish pizza had holes in the crust, so whoever made my pizza got lazy and patched it up with other pieces of dough. It was also half cut, lopsided undercooked & burnt all at the same time. Get that kid out of that kitchen.
