Ruth's Chris Steak House offers a great atmosphere with pleasant music, and the service and table manners are excellent. The new locations have amazing hosts, and the brand new location in Naperville is outstanding. All of the food and drinks are great, with the AuGratin Potatoes and carrot cake being standouts. Guests can expect an old-fashioned feel in the dining area, with endless bottles of wine in glass cases, and an awesome patio that will be nice in the spring and summer. The desserts are huge and absolutely delicious, suitable for a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary.

While the steaks are a focus, there can be occasional hiccups with cooking temperatures, and the 500° plates can be a burn hazard. Servers are wonderful but can sometimes be spread too thin. The steakhouse offers a meal deal that includes a starter, main course, and side, with options like Caesar salad, baked French onion soup, 16 ounce ribeye, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. Other notable items include sizzle long crab cakes, sweet chili calamari, and stuffed crab mushrooms. The Hennessy Sidecar drink is highly recommended, described as perfectly balanced, smooth, flavorful, and memorable. Service from bartenders and staff is attentive, and management checks in with guests. Despite minor issues, the experience is often amazing, and many guests plan to return.
