First time I am going to SanguCHE, it was worth it one hour driving, delicious, freshly made and friendly staff.

Fantastic. All the food was hot and the flavors were excellent. The owner was friendly and the service was very fast. I haven't been able to find fried yuca lately, but this place has it very good.

Vegetarian options: There's not much, but there is something if you want.

Parking: There are 3-4 parking spaces in front of the restaurant, but the entire lot is available for your use.

Kid-friendliness: There are hot dogs and fries for the kids.

We really enjoyed the sandwiches, we got the quinoa burger and the adobo de cerdo. Good level of spice with some hot sauce on the side to bump up the heat if wanted. Fries were very good, freshly made.

Let me start by saying that I haven’t had much Peruvian food in my lifetime.

But this restaurant has definitely opened up my eyes to wanting to try more.

I went here for dinner with my fiance (heads up, look at their store hours in advance)

I ordered the large chicharron sandwich while my fiance ordered the pollo ambulante (regular size)

To be honest, I think it’s worth doing a large portion for the few extra dollars if you plan on sharing (or you’re really hungry) because you pretty much get close to 2 servings

Overall, I liked the chicharron bc it had a nice crunch on the outside, but I wish it just had a little more tenderness on the inside.

My fiance & I both agreed that it would’ve been 10/10 if it had more / another sauce to it.

Speaking of which, you can get hot sauce served on the side. But just be aware that it can be hot for those not used to spice - but it’s worth it if you can handle it!

My fiance enjoyed her pollo sandwich as well. We both agreed that the fries could’ve been a little less salted, but it shows that they make them fresh.

There were only 2 people working the kitchen but the service was still amazing & it almost felt like we were getting a “homemade” meal

Honestly, I would definitely go back to try other flavors & foods on the menu.

It’s the perfect lunch spot to put on your list!

Sanguche has forever changed my perception of Peruvian cuisine. This gem of a place has earned a permanent spot on my list of must-visit food destinations. The chicharrón sandwich or milanesa sandwich i could eat every day for the rest of my life. The hot salsa is something godly. I've never tasted anything quite like it before—it's a fiery, vibrant burst of flavor that enhances every component of the dish without overwhelming it. The balance of heat and taste is nothing short of perfection. Sanguche has mastered the art of delivering authentic Peruvian flavors in a casual, welcoming setting. If you're a fan of bold, unforgettable food, this place is an absolute must-try. I can't stop raving about it and can't wait for my next visit!

Great food. Always taste great! BUT I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THEIR HYGIENE .
I’ve been in quite a few times and when they are busy the chef has gloves on and cleans up dirty plates from tables and continues to cook with the same gloves. That’s disgusting!! It literally takes 10 seconds to remove the dirty gloves and put on new ones. Which he didn’t do. That’s a shame because I really like this place but I will not compromise my hygiene integrity for anyone.
If you read this chef, please do better and keep things clean. Other than that the food is fantastic.

Above and beyond! With my food sensitivities to wheat and dairy, the chef made a meal just for me that was absolutely delicious. This was a great location to get some take out to eat while we waited for our train at the Route 59 station, especially for the price!

Went to SanguCHE after hearing rave reviews from a friend. Went in on a Friday afternoon - It's a rather small shop with limited seating, and the place was pretty full. Placed an order for a regular Butifarra sandwich with a side-salad, and a side of salchipapas. There were only two individuals running the restaurant - the kind lady at the register and another guy in the back cooking; given how packed it was, it definitely took a bit over a half an hour to get my food, which is really the only reason I'm tacking a star here. The sandwich and salchipapas were indulgent and delicious - I will probably return and get food from here on a less crowded day!
