Meatballs are horrible just got my order and it didn't come with garlic bread.

Barely give any marinara sauce one small cup per entree. No option to buy extra on the delivery apps. Sarpinos is stupid or unfair one or the either.

Today we called to place an order, but the operator did not accept it! Stachala did not answer the call for a long time, then he picked up the phone and when voicing the order, he turned off the sound and stopped answering us, after which we called again several times, but no one answered the phone! We had to order another delivery, although we had often ordered here before!

HORRIBLE!!
Ordered 2 personal pizzas one with shrimp and one with Italian sausage.
Shrimps were still frozen and very distasteful
Italian sausage was burnt
Not work the 70$ I paid to “make my own”
So disgusting!!!

Ordered from here a few times on DoorDash. Pizza was ok. Decided to place a pickup order from the restaurant. I’ll never order from this place again! Pizza was burned so I went back and asked them to make it again. As I sat in the restaurant I noticed a roach crawling back and forth across the floor in the kitchen area opposite of where they were making the pizza. It crawled around the entire time I was waiting. I also heard the guy cough while making my pizza. Didn’t cough before that, didn’t cough after that. He most certainly coughed over my pizza because he was angry I returned it. His energy and attitude was very disgusting when he handed me my remade pizza. As soon as I saw the roach I knew I wanted to ask for a refund but I decided to not make a scene. Who knows how that would have went with these low lifes. I went home and threw the pizza away. Disgusting place.

I got the vegetarian pepperoni and sausage and it was the most amazing pizza I have ever had!!

Update: stopped ordering because pizza was soggy the last few times I ordered.

Horrible service. Instructions clearly stated “call upon arrival”. When their calls and text failed to deliver, they left the food on my door step to get cold. When I requested a refund they refused, and hung up on me when I asked for a screenshot of their supposed texts/phone calls. I called back, asked for a refund, and he refused and called me prejudiced (I was not racist or culturally insensitive in any way, literally only talked about the delivery and the refund). Horrible restaurant with stuck-up staff. Their food is terrible, it’s why they need to stay open til 2AM salvage whatever customers they can.

This is a chain pizza place in a strip mall. Lower your expectations, or just order from Rosati's.Likes: easy online ordering and customization, incl. choosing how the pizza is sliced. Wide variety of toppings and sauces. Includes dipping sauce.Dislikes: Regular crust is maybe a half step above Domino's, but thin crust is a complete joke. It may be thinner than regular but it isn't the crispy thin crust Chicago natives expect. Onions were raw and crunchier than the crust. Their sausage is an abomination- slices of cooked sausage like fat pepperoni but less flavor and texture like shoe leather.
