Sea Shack Cajun Style

Absolutely disgusting — if I could give 0 stars I would . I found a wad of hair in my seafood boil after I already started eating it . It was completely unsanitary and completely ruined the meal obviously . When I called to let them know, they offered me a credit, which I refused because I would never eat there again. I then asked for a refund, but the clerk said they don’t process refunds on weekends because of the banking system and they would have to wait until Monday to process the refund which can take 2 weeks . This was not only gross but also terrible customer service. I will never return.

Food was good and service was decent. They offer some pretty good deals for crab legs and seafood. Food was good and it was nice to customize flavor and spice level.

Mimi was my server, I am not much of a sea food eater but it was good. The Cajun Rice with Shrimp was really good, if you like it spicy, get the medium. If you want it hotter, they will give you hotter sauce. Fries and Cajun chicken wings were spicy, crunchy and well cooked. What really topped it off was the service. Excellent service. Mimi was great but the whole staff was awesome.

I was disappointed in my last order with Sea Shack. The first time I ordered the seafood was so fresh and delicious. This time I ordered when they first opened on a Saturday and the seafood tasted like it was from the day before. Very disappointed. The shrimp was overcooked and the crab legs were soft. Just because people order delivery does not mean you should put less effort into their meal. Seafood is too expensive for it not to be good and fresh when you receive it. Please do better.

I ordered the “Pick 2 with 2 Potatoes & 1 Corn” for $27.99. I chose the head-on shrimp, but unfortunately, they weren’t deveined, which was a turn-off. I requested the extra spicy seasoning, but there was barely any heat — it didn’t deliver on the spice at all. The sauce lacked depth and flavor overall.

As for the sides, the description was a little misleading. The “1 Corn” is actually just a quarter piece of corn on the cob, not even half and the 2 potatoes were tiny, more like small pebbles than actual chunks.

On the plus side, customer service was solid. I ordered online and called in to confirm , the staff was friendly and there was a decent crowd when I picked up.

Overall, the vibe was good, but the food just didn’t hit the way I hoped. Not quite my cup of tea.

Cajun seafood boil was amazing. It's expensive but more than worth it. Unfortunately, no alcohol was available when we went. Atmosphere was weird, loud music and uncomfortable seats. The food made up for it.

when I say this shit slaps harder than a bare chested 6 foot 5 man with no clothes on but black air force ones, a tank, and work out shorts. Then I'd be telling the truth. Yall need to eat here. When they say SEAFOOD BOIL, you know they mean it. Who big antie, grandma, and the whole army of church folk in the back making this food. Lord, the all, creator, put their foot in this place. The crawdads were clean, the corn was poppin, the taters were sweet, and the seasoning was on the god level. The onion rings, my God, they can shoot, slap,and roll me, cause that was God bless. The shrimp was life, and the crab legs were gold. Yo, this is what I miss. Southern food made right. Black, brown, or white, if you from the south or got roots from there, get you big backs down here. Lawd, they know how. Had me a pound of shirmp,crawdads,and snow cran legs. Baby, that feed me and my momma twice.

Cajun seafood boil done right. We had combo 1 with crawdads, shrimp, and mussels. The mussels were the best - the flavor soaked in the most. Beware that mild spice is MILD. Absolutely no hotness at all. We ordered another 1lb of mussels and got them medium and that was more towards our usual expectations. Looking forward to going back.

The attitude of the staff towards the guests is very bad.

Waitress was awesome! Always on top when our drinks got low...my friend ordered a half pound of clams, while the vast majority was just shells, the Waitress brought him out another half pound
