Extremely Overpriced, be prepared to wait a while even if the drive thru is empty. Food I received was Ice Cold. Try contacting management and you get their voicemail box which is never checked.

Great experience! Food and staff. I just wish I didn't have to pay 25 dollars for a double, fries and a drink!! Only reason it's not 5 stars. Lastly they need to upgrade their app to purchase then eat there. And points or something like Starbucks, Noodles and other rewards programs

Great burger! I had the French Onion burger. It was juicy and flavorful. Love the crispy patty and the soft bun.
The chicken nuggets are delicious. Good size and nice flavor.
The milkshakes are awesome. I had the amore one and it had chocolate chunks in the bottom. Really yummy!

The food was delicious. Fries were hot & crispy and my mushroom burger was amazing albeit it was smaller than I thought it would be.

Me and my family went to shake shack excited as heck (quite frankly) given that we haven’t been since we moved here. We order our food, only to wait forever, then as we were talking ; this young girl with black hair slammed , literally slammed the tray down scared us. (Note: before you think I’m being a jerk, we literally had no prior interaction with this girl nor were we rude by any means.) anyway she slammed the tray down , stared at us said nothing , then stormed off. To add insult to injury, my food was cold , BUT there was no way I was gonna send it back with that girls super hostile attitude. Last time coming to this location. Damn shame, I really like this place. Do better.

First time customer. I got two cheeseburger meals w/upgraded shakes vs drinks. The online menu was not the same nor did the drive thru person know the online menu so we got the wrong burger. The cafeteria type container of fries were immediately cold, especially inside the open top to go bag.. Think bath & body paper bag type. Guess how much two simple burgers, cold fries & medium shakes were? $40!!!!! This was the 1st & last time I’ll visit. We went to Ritos & got an app & mega burrito for $26! $31 w/tip.
