Why oh why do all quick service places in Naperville suffer the same problem. Slow, over whelmed, poor customer service. People spend millions to open a franchise. Only to run it poorly. I came to order food, no online orders allowed. Assuming the restaurant shut it down because they can't handle the drive thru and counter. Go to the drive thru and sit there for 10 mins. Finally, a car pulls up next to me and get served. All signs of poor management and ownership. Leaving money on the table.

They messed up the order going though drive-thru. I ordered 2 burgers but only got charged for 1. Ordered 6 pc nuggets but they charged me for 10pc.. did not ask what kind of drink i wanted for the meal. I came back to get it corrected and the employee was very nice about it and fixed the order.
Burgers are pretty good, juicy but messy looking. The fries and chicken nuggets were fried in old oil and tasted gross.

My order was missing items and the staff wanted to argue about it rather than fix the issue. Luckily, I had a reciept emailed to me to confirm. It was cold in the dining area. I came here for my kids fundraiser and staff told me there was no way to donate towards the fundraiser.
Excellent shakes and burgers , it's now a regular for me to get shakes.

Chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, 2 fries and a drink for $30?? Get the heck outta here. The food was worth it though right? Nope. You’ll eat better for cheaper across the street at Cheesecake Factory, or just go to chikfila for some actually good chicken. What an enraging disappointment

Extremely Overpriced, be prepared to wait a while even if the drive thru is empty. Food I received was Ice Cold. Try contacting management and you get their voicemail box which is never checked.
Don't waste your time here, this place makes McDonalds feel like a fancy restaurant.
