Very disappointed with our dinner. I don’t know if it was because it was late but the simplest of things like chicken fried rice was horrible. It was extremely salty and crusty. It was as if they scraped the pan and sent me what was left . I will never go or order for delivery from here again. Every meal should be prepared as if it was the first one of the day. Extremely disappointing. I ended up throwing it away.

Service was absolutely terrible ,we were seated promptlyhalf the restaurant was empty , after 10 minutes we were ready to order ,took 10 min to get the attention of a waitress to place our order (salads and various sushi rolls) 25 MINUTES LATER ,no salads ,asked the waitress for our salads and she mumbled "they're working on it " as she walked by ,sushi itself is good and fresh probably

If it was possible to give zero stars I would!!! First they send me home with the wrong order. So, I have to drive back. Then, they don't put the lid all the way on the container and the sushi spills out all over the bag!!! And wow, for the inconvenience they gave me a $15 gift card??!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I paid $40 for sushi that I had to throw away and got a $15 gift card. What a shit-show!!!

Arrived at the restaurant at 825 pm. They said the place was closed when the hours state they close at 9pm. Will not come back.

Whenever I come to Shinto I always become happy when my food gets to my table because it just looks so appetizing. My favorite roll to get is their little delicious roll. The reason it’s my favorite is because it’s just full of flavor and the exact temperature I like it. They also have a wide selection of drinks. Shinto always has open tables so I get seated right away. The food also tastes very fresh and is prepared quickly.

Chinese staff and need to hire a Japanese chef. Rice dry and undercooked. Japanese don't place chicken and salmon on onions. Mixed vegetables was 95 percent broccoli. Way over priced and had two granola bars to clear my palate after this dinner.

Last I have never heard country music at a Japanese restaurant in Japan or other Japanese run restaurants.

Don't go to Shinto @ Freedom Commons. Ordered the chicken katzu...ate vegetables, fried rice(awful, taste like oil only & ate 3 pieces(too dry) left 3/4 chicken. Gave $10 off cuz ate vegetables & sala

We celebrated a birthday dinner here and were so glad we chose this out of the many restaurants in the area.

The service was fast, the decoration was really nice, and the food was delicious.

I'd recommend checking it out!

If you come here ask for Elaine to be your waitress! She really made our dining experience here great! The drinks were wonderful and the food was even better, but what made this whole thing the best was her service. We will be back.
