I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel this should be addressed. I came in tonight around 4:45 and ordered a bowl. There was only one order ahead of me, yet it still took about 15 minutes for my bowl to be made with 3 workers behind the counter. The staff didn’t seem to care, and when I paid extra for hazelnut, I only received a light drizzle that I couldn’t even taste. On top of that, the portion was very small compared to what I normally get.

I usually go to the 75th Street location and never have issues there, but this experience was very disappointing. I feel that I deserve a refund given the poor service and quality.

This is the most convenience smoothie near me. But I will first off say it is the rudest location, the girls in there are absolutely unprofessional barely talk to you let alone even greet you. They make it feel like it’s such a stressful task or a burden for you to make an order. There was a gentleman in front of me who asked if there was a restroom. They didn’t even look at him. The customer service really needs improvement, you are in downtown Naperville do better!

Best smoothie ever! Great staff

I don’t know who manages this place, but please do better. I had to come in because I ordered an acai bowl and it was made poorly and incorrectly. I called in, I was told to come in and they will give me a new one. I wasn’t greeted whatsoever for about 5 minutes. Two of the workers weren’t busy at all, they just didn’t care to assist. I had to ask someone to take my order. I told them how to make it correctly this time, very precise. They still made it wrong and added things that weren’t supposed to be there. They then argued with me and said they wouldn’t remake it and also didn’t want to give it to me. I just left and will never be returning and I will warn everyone I know to avoid this place. Worst customer service I’ve ever received!

Smoothies are consistent each time. Pretty standard Smoothie King. Haven’t run into any problems.

This place is delicious! And the customer service is even better. Ebie was so kind, helpful, and was welcoming to us! And we loved our smoothies!
