Smoothie tastes bland with no flavor I have no idea what’s wrong with this location and it’s employees but this is sad. Any other smoothie king always gets it right. Then you mention the issue and they say there’s nothing they can do.

It was my first time ordering at this location. I ordered a smoothie, and it was all chunky and not well blended. There was a full date ball inside the smoothie. All icy too. This is a smoothie I order at other locations and have no issues with.

Past couple of time coming here there is only one coworker there. Orders are taking more than 25 minutes to get done and I get chunks of ice in my smoothie.

Use to love going here. I mostly order off doordash cause I work 15 mins away. Every single time they forget a spoon and a straw. I don’t get it. And I’d say about 50 percent of the time they mess up the smoothie and give me the wrong persons order. And can’t forget about them promoting bowls and sometimes filling them up all the way and sometimes filling them up halfway.

I come to this Smoothie King and another nearby pretty regularly. Normally, I never have any problems, but the last 3 times I've ordered a 32 oz smoothie, this is what I get (see pic). It's more like a 26oz smoothie. Maybe they have a new employee that needs additional training? Normally, it's right to the top of the lid. The 1st and 2nd time it happened, I was annoyed.....but 3 times within a couple of weeks?! Something is not right.

I don't know if they had a drive thru or not. I went and ordered mango strawberry pure recharge as is, the bigger size. It was obvious to me it wasn't correct. One for the color and I got a small cup not advertised as on the site. It was disappointing after a long difficult hot drive through downtown Naperville

Amazing , wow if your having a hard time eating this is the place to go to get all the Necessary vitamins and nutrients to go buy your day especially in the morning when it’s hard to really get something to eat the smoothies get you go and get you up naturally

I don't know why these employees are never happy or greet the customers like they matter. Once again, my order was made incorrectly. It's a kale smoothie, how do they think it's ok to hand me something that is orange?! Then act like I inconvenienced them. No sorry, nothing but a drink that should be called a chunky! It was barely blended. That's what I get for asking them to make it correctly. Chunks of ice and almonds. No excuse as there was no one in line behind me.

"Understaffed" so wouldn't do curbside pickup, but when I walk in I see 3 people behind the counter, 1 making smoothies and 2 shuffling napkins. Kids, we can do better
