There's not many places where you can order food and what you get actually looks better than the menu picture. But this is one of them. The Cupbops are delicious.

I must have eaten here at least 10 times before leaving this review and every single time I am blown away how good it is. The Chicken and Beef Cupbop? Every time I order it, it tastes the exact same -- a perfect 10/10. Every. Single. Time. Unreal. Phenomenal portion sizes. Every ingredient in this dish tastes like it just came fresh out of my mama's kitchen. If I was stuck on an abandoned island and could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be the Chicken and Beef Cupbop and I would die a happy man.

Our Family visited this H-Mart food court in Naperville. Snack House was by far our favorite. The food was fresh, tasty and amazingly a large amount of food for a great price! The gentleman at the counter was sofriendly and accommodating!

We ordered and shared Bulgogi and Cheese tteokbokki, and 3 combos of CupBob with Beef, Pork, Shrimp Tempura . It was love at first bite! We plan to return very soon !!

I ordered the "beef cupbop," and it took over 30 minutes to arrive. I could understand if they were busy, but there were only three trays of orders. To make matters worse, the beef tasted burnt. I am extremely disappointed with the service and food quality, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just went there for the first time. Ordered the Udon Beef. Absolutely delicious. Hot (in temp) and flavorfull. Still hot when we got it home. Family has ordered there before and loves the food.

The first time I went to H-Mart Naperville in 2021, they sadly had to shutter the food court due to COVID. Finally went back today, now that I live much closer. Had no idea what to pick. I wanted to try some Korean fried chicken, but that booth seemed too expensive for what you got. After circling the food court about 6 times, I finally rolled the dice on the Tonkatsu Cupbop at Snack House, and won big with that choice.

Just the presentation alone had my mouth watering, with tons of crispy, tender pork tonkatsu generously coated in spicy mayo (I think) and a spicy but not too spicy sauce, with fresh carrots and broccoli atop a bed of lettuce, white rice, and glass noodles. Absolutely delicious the whole way through, and included a drink. VERY reasonable price for the plentiful amount of food you get and the fresh, delicious flavors! No question as to why this place has the best ratings out of all the places in the H-Mart food court. Would definitely eat here again and recommend to friends and family!

The cupbop I ordered was #16, beef and pork. It was amazing, the japchae noodles match with the well marinated bulgogi, and pork. They offer good korean sauces inside your bowl that take you into Seoul. I would definitely suggest eating here 5/5!
