I must have eaten here at least 10 times before leaving this review and every single time I am blown away how good it is. The Chicken and Beef Cupbop? Every time I order it, it tastes the exact same -- a perfect 10/10. Every. Single. Time. Unreal. Phenomenal portion sizes. Every ingredient in this dish tastes like it just came fresh out of my mama's kitchen. If I was stuck on an abandoned island and could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be the Chicken...
Our Family visited this H-Mart food court in Naperville. Snack House was by far our favorite. The food was fresh, tasty and amazingly a large amount of food for a great price! The gentleman at the counter was sofriendly and accommodating!
We ordered and shared Bulgogi and Cheese tteokbokki, and 3 combos of CupBob with Beef, Pork, Shrimp Tempura . It was love at first bite! We plan to return very soon !!

I ordered the "beef cupbop," and it took over 30 minutes to arrive. I could understand if they were busy, but there were only three trays of orders. To make matters worse, the beef tasted burnt. I am extremely disappointed with the service and food quality, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
