Sparrow Coffee is hands-down the best coffee shop in Naperville — and there’s a reason they’ve been recognized as the Best Coffee Shop for five years straight. I had a latte here, and it was absolutely fantastic — probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The flavor, texture, and presentation were spot on, and you can really taste the care and craftsmanship that goes into every cup.
The atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole space feels thoughtfully designed — from the sleek interior to the artistic wall decor.
If you love coffee, Sparrow Coffee is a must-visit. They truly set the bar for what a great coffee experience should be.
My only “complaint,” if you can call it that, was that it was busy. But I’m guessing there’s a reason for that, given everything I just said above.

The ambience of this coffee shop was good but coffee taste was not upto the mark. It didn’t satisfy my morning coffee routine and blend of coffee not good. We have ordered croissant as well but it was okay in taste. Overall I can say that this place looks good for ambience but did not served great coffee

I bought beans all over the world for making espresso. For this day and age, some places can sell $20 for 8oz. The beans are really good deal here for this quality.

Stopped into the coffee shop to kill time between wedding ceremony and reception. Nice shop, yummy drinks and food. Seating could maybe be arranged better, but it worked well enough for us, and maybe most people aren't staying to hang like we did.

a place for great coffee! my caramel cappuccino was perfectly foamy, and just the right amount of light sweetness that didn't feel overpowering whatsoever. vibes are great, however I will say that the layout of the seating area is a bit awkward, and doesn't actually allow much seating inside (outdoor seating is also a bit awkward).

I stopped by for coffee with a group of four. The atmosphere in the place is really nice—it felt welcoming and comfortable, making it a great space to relax. The coffee itself was very good, clearly made with high-quality beans. We also sampled a few pastries: the cinnamon roll and banana muffin were both good, and the chocolate cookie was decent. The main issue we experienced was the wait time. It took quite a while to receive our order, even though the shop was full but not overwhelmingly packed. While I understand things can get busy, the delay felt disproportionate to the number of patrons present.
I got a pumpkin spice latte, which was not good. I thought it might have just been the flavor, so I went back on a different day and got a caramel latte. Unfortunately, it was not the flavor. The coffee is just bad. It's sour and bitter and burnt and just nasty. It's like everything you could do wrong was done. I'm not sure how their coffee is so popular. However, the staff was friendly, and the quiche I had was good. I might come back to try a smoothie, but I won't be ordering coffee from here again.

Fun, trendy, coffee shop. Always packed so don’t plan on staying unless you arrive early to get a spot. I LOVE their croissants and breakfast pastries! The golden milk latte is probably the best I’ve ever had! Coffee has been tasting a bit bitter to me lately and isn’t hot but warm. You definitely need to increase the temp of your lattes Sparrow, but I still love you!
