We walked in at 9 pm on Wednesday before thanksgivi g looking to have a couple of drinks and an appetizer, and they had a D.J. that was blasting music that was awful and so not geared
towards the very minimal crowd like maybe 15 people (if that) that were in there and we were all over the age of 40. My husband and myself had 1 dri k and took our food to go because it was too much.

My friend and I like to try new places when we get together for dinner and we decided to give this location a try. The menu looked great and the food sounded delicious. We were very optimistic when we walked in as the atmosphere was nice. Very warm and inviting and it was not busy at all. Our waiter came over to get our drink order and appeared rather distracted or uninterested in serving. After a couple questions regarding beer choices we settled on our drinks and returned to talking. Our drinks arrived shortly after and we ordered our meal. We continued our conversation, however I was able to see the kitchen window and noticed that our food had come up. Our waiter was no where to be found. After 10 minutes we see he had returned, however he was helping another table that had just been seated. A few minutes later he had finished with that table and brought our meals over. The food was barely warm and the buns for the chicken sliders were now hard. We ate what we could but it was not good. We finished and our waiter brought over the bills. He had double charged my friends drink and when brought to his attention, seemed bothered by having to fix it. We got our payment ready and he was gone again. A waitress came by and took our bills and closed out our tickets. I know we should have spoken with the manager, but this seems to be a common review online and I prefer to speak with my wallet. We went hoping the "not so great" reviews were wrong, but they weren't. We were greatly disappointed in the overall experience.

First time experience. Overall, was not impressed or happy with our experience. Waiter/Bartender brought my wife the wrong drink. She is too nice and did not say anything. Waiter took our order without writing anything down. Messed up my order, put onions on my burger...I hate onions. My wife ordered a side salad and they brought her fries. They took my burger back and brought me a new one in about 2 minutes...which means they just scraped the onions off. My son and I both got burgers and they never asked how we wanted them cooked. Both burgers were severely overcooked and dry. Cool venue and nice ambiance for watching games. Food was below average.

We where sat in the bar area without being asked. The service was pretty slow, The food was mediocre and my wife's French onion soup was brought out with a burnt cheese on top. The waiter was not surprised we sent it back and agreed it needed to be fixed. For the money there are far nicer and better places you can go in the area IMHO.
