I was there 12/6/25 for a luncheon. From the food to the whole staff was topnotch. Thank you for everything.

Attended a party here. I do not recommend. Room is not private. Food was over cooked chicken jerky. Although open bar, service was slow and lacking. Bartender/manager didn't help and also gave us 100% wrong information. Was a mess, would of been much better at any other facility. This place was bad when it was nevins, its terrible now.

We have only been there on trivia nights. Service is very slow. Food is average. Don't plan to return anytime soon.

If you are a fan of the BIG10, this is a good place to go. Plenty of TVs showing BIG10 games, and good beer selection.

Came for trivia night. Took a while to be served but he came around eventually. Really liked the nachos! Unfortunately, their CO2 tank was out or something so there was nothing on tap and not a big selection of drinks in cans or bottles.

Great food lots of space

We went there tonight for dinner. Server was not attentive at all. Ordered drinks and my husband had to ask him to bring them to us. Ordered some nachos, they were cold. Would have stayed for dinner but with poor service we decided to leave. The $20 burgers weren’t worth it.

This is my fourth and final stop into the Spartan house Naperville. Repeated terrible service. Tonight I stopped in at 9pm(they are open till 11). Sat at the bar, waited 6 or 7 minutes for the bartender to notice me. There was 3 other people in the entire bar area. He closed out the couple next to me then turned his back to me and walked away. So I got up and walked out

Ordered appetizers immediately with drinks. Server forgot but tried to blame the kitchen. We asked about them 15 minutes later and she asked what we ordered. Seriously? You're an adult. Own up to your mistake. But ok, fine. Food came out lukewarm. Time for check, she tried to still charge for apps we never received blaming others yet again. Immature children have no place working in the service industry. We were screaming to talk to each other at our table as people at the bar were clearly being overserved and abnoxiously loud and annoying.
