**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Customer Service at Spice Mart**
I had a terrible experience at Spice Mart, located in Naperville/Aurora. I ordered a non-veg thali but was mistakenly served a veg thali. When I called the front desk to resolve the issue, the staff member was incredibly rude and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Not only was the mistake not addressed properly, but the attitude of the staff made the situation even worse.

In this lockdown period offering home delivery and that too all fresh vegetables is an amazing and happy experience .I will surely go back again !!
I have been a customer of Spicemart close to 6 years now. Their consistency and quality has been top notch with Cuisines that fill both your body and soul.
Management is very friendly and approachable and good .Also this company is also a big community supporter.
