**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Customer Service at Spice Mart**

I had a terrible experience at Spice Mart, located in Naperville/Aurora. I ordered a non-veg thali but was mistakenly served a veg thali. When I called the front desk to resolve the issue, the staff member was incredibly rude and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Not only was the mistake not addressed properly, but the attitude of the staff made the situation even worse.

This is by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in the area, and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other places in Naperville and Aurora that value their customers and offer much better service. Stay away from Spice Mart if you care about both the quality of food and customer service.

The Tandoori Turkey was fantastic! Never liked turkey but the meal they prepared was delicious. Love all their dishes. Customer service is getting better with time.

Tandoori and haryali flavored.. both are very good.

After long time i got good Indian food. Spice mart i seen all Indian groceries, meet tooo. Taste is awesome

I am regular customer for the last 3 years and today I went to purchased meet. Usually they weight the meet after cleaning but this time they charged me after removing the skin and cleaning. I asked them at the payment counter but he is very careless addressing my concern and he also said next time we will inform the bucker about this issue. I requested him to correct by charges, but he was not ready to and was very harsh in his reply. Never expected this from spice mart, hope management will take some action.
