Only snacks are good; other options not satisfactory

This place at one time was the best food but, recently they seem to have either changed hands or have a new chef or just don’t care. I have always raved about this place but, today the food was not so great. The coconut chutney was watery and the idly was like it was made out of a frozen box and not a fresh battery. It’s a shame because people drive all the way for a pick up and come home to this kind of food and when I called them to let them know, they did not answer the phone. Disappointed customer.

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, but there's always something missing. Today, I ordered three vadas, but only received two. I specifically requested red chutney, and they claimed to have included it, only to later admit over the phone that they don’t even have it. This seems like a recurring issue where they don't follow the instructions properly, despite me giving detailed requests. It's disappointing to deal with these repeated mistakes, and it feels like they're cutting corners on purpose.

The food at this place used to be good. I have been coming to this place for at least 11 years.. but over the last 2 years their food quality has gone from good to bad. Idlis or Vadas these days are generally cold . Overall their food quality is way below par. These days their signature items like sambar seems to be going down in quality. Definitely not the same food restaurant.

I have been ordering with them for sometime. But over past year the quality of food and service has deteriorated drastically.
Chutney is always stale. Sambar is watery and stale. They always miss some part of the order. Third time in a row they missed to give masala with dosa( I ordered masala dosa with masala on side).
Never order on weekdays! On multiple occasions when ordering with them on weekdays idli was smelling as if it was about to go bad.
I once ordered tindora fry as part of catering order from them and got boiled tindora curry which was at the verge of going bad at the time of delivery. They gave small tray of rice that would be sufficient for 10 when I ordered for 35 people. They switched tomato pickle in catering order to nimbu pickle without even consulting!

Pathetic place… not going back in my life again. We ordered idli vada combo and were asked to wait for 15 mins but the order was given 25 mins later we were thinking they were making fresh idly and vada .when the order was given we asked if we can eat inside the store since my 5yr old was very hungry and they didn’t even consider that, asked us to go out and eat . Idli was so stale grayish in color and both the items ordered were cold as if they were just taken out from fridge just then. I am not sure why we had to wait for 25 mins if they had to give us stale food. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality. I can’t even give one star such bad was the food. I am never going back here again and wouldn’t recommend anybody to eat such stale cold food.
