Went here 10/21 around 10am. Placed a mobile order for a croissant only. I pull up and there’s a car at the window getting their order. It takes a while, but that’s fine. The person working at the drive thru pets the lady’s dog, grabs her phone, is having a convo with her. Awesome, love the customer service. I pull up, not a single acknowledgment. The person who was so sociable, didn’t even say hi to me. She’s talking to her other coworkers for probably over a minute. So there’s 3 people in the kitchen and not single person has opened the drive thru window to let me know the status on my order (which was ready bc I only ordered a croissant and saw it there lol). I finally honk since again, not a single person has acknowledged me, and she finally gives me my order.

Every time I come to this place for a lunch break and almost every time I come across the fact that there is no one for a long time and when other employees pass by, I constantly say hello, but I don't get any feedback from them, there is a man of Mexican appearance who walks around all the time, they have an employee at work and who never says hello, I won't go here anymore, I don't like the attitude of customers at all!
I cannot believe the amount of ICE that they put in the drinks. Beverage is literally gone in 2 sips. Too much ice in the refresher drinks also makes it impossible to sip the boba pearls,even through, the boba straw. What a waste of money.

Very rude, harsh service. Discriminative towards people. Do not listen to the instructions while you order. And makes drinks which taste way different than other places

I've had a couple of rough days so decided to treat myself at Starbucks. I was fortunate enough to get waited on by Christian, who I later found out is the location manager. What a breath of fresh air: kind, courteous, humorous and accommodating. He seriously put my faith back in humanity today.
