Every time I come to this place for a lunch break and almost every time I come across the fact that there is no one for a long time and when other employees pass by, I constantly say hello, but I don't get any feedback from them, there is a man of Mexican appearance who walks around all the time, they have an employee at work and who never says hello, I won't go here anymore, I don't like the attitude of customers at all!

I've had a couple of rough days so decided to treat myself at Starbucks. I was fortunate enough to get waited on by Christian, who I later found out is the location manager. What a breath of fresh air: kind, courteous, humorous and accommodating. He seriously put my faith back in humanity today.

This location is on my way to work so typically a frequent stop for me! They are genuinely the nicest staff and very efficient. I never have to worry about being late to work even if the drive thru is 5+ cars deep because they are getting orders out quickly! I’ll miss this location when I move in the summer but if I am ever in Naperville, this will be my go-to location. Thank you to all the staff who constantly has smiles on their faces and makes everyone’s mornings better.
