This Starbucks Has never gotten my order wrong and I do ask for some modifications to my drink. But even more so than that, these baristas are not just good at their jobs. I genuinely hope somebody in management at the Starbucks see this. But the employees here are so friendly, especially Heather I believe her name was or Hannah. I know it started with an H and she was working drive-through in the morning on Friday feb 28th. Just her overall vibe and friendliness, not just this past visit, but I’ve experienced it with a lot of barista’s at this location the past couple times I’ve ordered here. These people are beyond nice, I was having probably one of the worst days. I think I’ve had in a very long time and her just talking to me so nicely and you know being friendly and like I didn’t even tell her I was having a bad day like she was just being nice it just it really made me feel better and I really appreciate That kind of Atmosphere and friendliness. So thank you very much, I’m very glad I stopped for coffee today.

No blackberries in my refresher. If you are gonna charge 7 dollars for a drink atleast give us what we pay for. I love starbucks and am usually a top 4% star earner, but come on!

The manager here is terrible. I went into the cafe and placed an order and you can hear the manager literally berating the baristas. Also the drinks take so long to make and I understand why now. It was just uncomfortable being in the cafe and I definitely will not be coming here again the environment is not good.

The iced matcha latte I received only tasted full of ice and milk. When I back to the inside asked them to make it again, she didn't any apology and her face has full of dissatisfaction. After she put the latte on the table without saying anything...I felt ignored. I was so kind that I only went there, but the staff in the store was horrible.

I ordered ice caramel machiatto and when they didn't put caramel on it, I went for a remade or to add caramel to them and they made them again and they stayed the same unsweetened, I always order the same thing. but it seems that they have new staff training with our coffee

I ordered 3 coffee today. I ordered a expresso frappcino, an iced americano, and a stirred espresso. My coffee weren’t obviously rushed they missed the syrup in my expresso Frappuccino, my so called iced americano was just regular coffee with ice, and my shaken expresso was a quarter empty. It was busy but I was patient i just wanted them to add syrup to my coffee and I would have just left due to being late. I just wanted them to fix my order but instead they spoke to me in a very rude manner in a complaining way. She spoke to someone in charge and she claims that there is no syrup in my expresso frappcino regularly. Then continue in rude tone “you want a new one or what?”. If you want coffee don’t come here they will screw up your coffee blame you and talk to you in a demeaning manner. NOT RECOMMENDED!
