Good afternoon, I want to let you know that some of the waiters here have a bad attitude. I have been to this Starbucks countless times and some of the staff here know me and are very friendly. But unfortunately, I encountered a lady with a very bad attitude today. The reason is that I ordered a cup of White Mocha and she made it wrong. I asked for a change. The lady's attitude was very bad and she had a bad face. I am very sorry. You made my coffee wrong. I asked you to change it. What's wrong? I don't recommend this place anymore.
Service here today was slow and the girl working the drive thru at 9:45am is rude, canāt say hello, thank you, nothing, and my drink was made incorrectly because she entered it wrong even though I repeated myself 3xs. Will not be returning here regardless of how convenient the location is.

Good morning Iād like to let you know I was not pleased with the services that was received today, the line wrapped around the parking lot and was longer than usual your inside line and wait was just about equal, my order was wrong 3 separate times after waiting 20 minutes to get to the window and it came with laughter behind it, thereās nothing funny about getting a basic order that was confirmed on the screen and verbally again at the window 3 times bringing back the wrong order 3 times is unacceptable hence why the line may have been around the block on top of it my drink tasted horrible and my pastry was cold, I am a regular at this location and this was the worst service Iāve received in 4yrs at this location and unacceptable.

Found our new favorite drink (pistachio latte with oat milk, light whip, and extra salted brown butter topping in case anyone was wondering... chefs kiss*)and Chase was just so sweet!
