Oh my goodness these women cracked me up, it felt like an episode of Cheers. I love the positive atmosphere, go inside if you can and make sure you say "I heard there were stunads (Italian word) here" trust me, they'll laugh 😂

Staff here is amazing and helpful. It's the drink offerings i have a problem with! The lack of switching up the refresher menu is extremely frustrating! Not everyone drinks coffee! The Hibiscus refresher truly was the BEST! Starbucks refuses to listen to the customers! And keep what the customers like! I don't go here nearly as much as I used to. I can go down the street to a mom and pop coffee shop. That has at least 7 different refreshers. At least you can get what you want there! Not whats Starbucks thinks you should be drinking!

A lovely, well maintained store. The most helpful, friendly staff, I always feel welcomed and appreciated here! The Shift Supervisor, Zach, was so inviting and very helpful, he has the ability to turn a bad day into a good one! He got exactly what I ordered and so quickly too! Even suggested a couple modifications to my go to drink. I now have a new go to, thank you Zach and Thank you Starbuck’s!
Super friendly staff. Some Starbucks just don't have the flavor in the coffee or put too much ice or whatever. This one makes great drinks.

This is the best Starbucks crew! They are always very happy and ready to serve you. They take care of me every single day and make me laugh and feel great when I leave.

The poor folks working here are really overwhelmed. The blame goes squarely on the manager of this location.
If you are the manager reading this, Please spend a few days at the location and see what’s going on.
Even a black coffee takes more than 15 minutes to get and the workers here don’t want to talk to people who are waiting since they know they’re just going to hear people complaining that they’ve been waiting for 20 minutes or more for their order.
This is terrible and really bad for the Starbucks brand in my opinion which has amazing quality products otherwise.

I am not a big fan of your food, for sure it is very expensive but I am here to make the STARBUCKS Management to know that because of your store getting to our home has become a big problem. You can afford to get a special entrance to your store everybody’s aware of that. The people who are coming to your store are acting stupid and arrogant like a drunk driver following the car to get to your Store and causing problems. I live in the neighborhood next to the store and recently your store and the EggCited customers have been having problem with me driving back to my home. It’s a very bad experience for me and I have been living here for the past 20+ years and I have never had this problem. It’s a shame that you guys have lots of money and causing problems for the people who live near your store. It should be taken care of by the City and you guys because we’re paying higher amount as Property Taxes to the City. You guys should work it out otherwise our house prices are going to go downhill and Starbucks and Naperville City Council should be blamed for this. The roads are so worst now because of you guys

ordered a ice coffee through drive through. Was handed an ice coffee with a big gash of a hole on the side of the cup, with an extra cup stacked under it to hold the spillage... yall couldn’t AT LEAST poured my drink in a fresh cup? re- make it? All you had to do was tell me & i would have gladly waited to have my overpriced ice coffee re-made instead of receiving a half cup of remains of spilled ice coffee. I ended up going back inside to return the coffee and nothing was said by the barista. he just re made the drink and handed it to me without saying anything lol makes you feel dumb for returning a drink they screwed up on
I order a lot from here my work is like 2 minutes away. I always order coffee with Vanilla Cold Foam and this time they barely added it to my coffee and went told them and they remade it, but it was still the same barely any foam and I'm paying $1.25 extra
