I used to love my Tall Cappuccino every morning. However, may be since a year ago, it’s just not hitting the mark. Especially when I order it w Almond milk. They are making it very milky (75% full with milk) and not particularly hot either. I was asked to order it ‘dry’ to reduce milk content. But this wasn’t the case earlier.
I have been disappointed more than 50% of my visits because of this issue. Very inconsistent, with a single store as well as between stores. This is the complaint I used to have about Dunkin, now Starbucks is no better at $5

Horrible! I just came around to buy 2 drinks and it says they close at 9PM and I went around 8PM, go around and there’s 3 dudes just standing around and laughing. Since no one answered I tried to go inside and they weren’t doing anything! Horrible young teens!

Very friendly staff here. Not one of the usual sites we go to, but we were in the area so we stopped. We ordered a grande peppermint mocha and a pumpkin latte 😋 I really haven't been in hardly any stores that I didn't like. Great staff and good coffee.

I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. I paid extra for the extra crunch. However, I did not receive the extra crunch and not enough caramel. It was not sweet at all. Very dissappointed!!! Don't mess with my morning coffee!!!

I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent mobile order experience at one of your stores.
After arriving to pick up my order, I waited over ten minutes, even though my drink was already prepared. Unfortunately, no staff member was available to hand it to me promptly. When someone finally gave me my drink, I took it to my car — only to have the lid immediately pop off. It was clear the lid had not been properly secured.
As a result, a large portion of the coffee spilled inside my car, causing a significant mess and forcing me to rush to a car wash for immediate cleaning. This caused not only great inconvenience but also additional expenses and stress that could have been entirely avoided.
All of this could have been prevented if someone had taken a moment to ensure the lid was securely fastened before handing over the drink. I truly value Starbucks and have always appreciated your service, but this experience was unacceptable.
I respectfully request that this issue be addressed seriously. I would also appreciate a response regarding how you intend to prevent incidents like this in the future.

Workers so nice, I had ordered a matcha yesterday and I understand accidents happen and it just was very powdery/ not mixed in well but I was late for work so I wasnt able to go back; usually they always make it spot on! I went in today letting them know that that had happened and they were so kind and understanding and remade my drink without any hesitation or problem or pressure. The lady working at the window was so kind and smiley :) Love starbz and a kind staff 💕💕
