ordered a ice coffee through drive through. Was handed an ice coffee with a big gash of a hole on the side of the cup, with an extra cup stacked under it to hold the spillage... yall couldn’t AT LEAST poured my drink in a fresh cup? re- make it? All you had to do was tell me & i would have gladly waited to have my overpriced ice coffee re-made instead of receiving a half cup of remains of spilled ice coffee. I ended up going back inside to return the coffee and nothing was said by the barista. he just re made the drink and handed it to me without saying anything lol makes you feel dumb for returning a drink they screwed up on

I order a lot from here my work is like 2 minutes away. I always order coffee with Vanilla Cold Foam and this time they barely added it to my coffee and went told them and they remade it, but it was still the same barely any foam and I'm paying $1.25 extra

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area. Employees are very friendly and diligent, especially in the drive thru. The worker, Sam who is there often is always super friendly and very helpful! He knows how to communicate very well and always handles orders carefully and as quickly as possible. It's great to be greeted by nice employees. Keep up the good work guys!

The location is usually super clean and they aren't super slow.. most of the time. My only real issue is some of the employees. I get it. Not everyone loves their job but I have seen this girl (and thank god they wear name tags) named Layla spit into cups. She always has a very negative attitude and it's very unfortunate that I feel the need to watch my drink being made because of a girl like that. hopefully this brings some attention to the store manager.

Me and my friends ordered a cakepop in the name of elmo to give the workers a laugh and they decided to draw elmo on the bag aswell as give us 2 cakepops instead of one. I go there almost everyday now. But I've also been there, gotten my drink off the app, and waited 45 minutes for it but never got it and left. I asked for it multiple times to them saying they were behind. That was unacceptable.
