This was the second time we’ve had a rough experience with customer service , the man at the window named Gary doesn’t greet or say thank you when you pull up or get your order . We handed him a $1 tip the first time even after him being completely rude and he looked at us like we were crazy . He didn’t say thank you or even acknowledge the fact we gave him a $1 tip even though we ordered two drinks . The second time we came by it was the same customer service experience as the first , he didn’t acknowledge us , say hello, or even thank you after handing us our drinks …

I gave the clerk a 20 dollar bill last night. She gave me my change and it wasa 20 dollar bill. She gave me change back and that's when I said she gave me wrong amount back. Clerk denied me giving her a 20 dollar bill. Please be vigilant and look at your currency

Im sorry Starbucks, i really want to like this location because its so close. Second time they mess up my order. I ordered the chestnut praline latte with one shot of espresso. This was definitely more than 2 shots and very very bitter. You have to pay attention to detail otherwise your customers wont be happy.

I’ve been so hesitant to post this but it has been several occasions now. The girl at the window in the mornings is so unpleasant. No hello, nothing. Asks for a tip but can’t even speak. And god forbid you ask for a straw.
