Yesterday, I first time walked in for coffee. Food and location are great. But..the bathroom is so dirty. I haven’t seen a Starbucks bathroom dirty like this at 10am in the morning.

I went to this Starbucks on Sunday because I was in a huge rush. I had thee worst experience a year ago. A manager was super rude to me. BUT...I recently went there and Jesus was so nice to me. I placed my mobile order at the wrong location, and he processed my order anyway. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. I'll go back to this location now.

The cappuccino had 2 tablespoons of espresso in it and even with the foam it barely filled half a smalll cup. It’s ridiculous to cut corners with a $6 small drink. And this wasn’t the first time. Their cappuccinos have been shrinking, but today was absurd.

I placed an online/drive thru pick up order for a Venti Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher with extra Strawberry based and NO ICE. Upon arrival, I waited in line for about 30 minutes. That was the first issue. I'm not sure what was going on, but it shouldn't have taken that long to make drinks. Secondly, my drink was not made until I made it to the window. The young lady handed me my drink, filled halfway with ice. This is why I ask for no ice because they always put an excessive amount and it waters the drinks down. I told her that it was supposed to be NO ICE. All they did was pour it into another cup without the ice because she came back way too fast. I didn't want to make a fuss, so I just took it and pulled off. Upon pulling off, I tasted my drink, and there wasn't an inclusion insight, and to make matters worse, they made it with water instead of lemonade. At this point, I'm steaming. These drinks are too expensive to not be made right. So I had to go in. I definitely did not have the best attitude because the entire experience was terrible. I spoke with the manager and showed him my receipt. He took a picture of it and had the young man who must've made it the first time, make it again, and what did he do? He makes the same mistakes. He asked me how I wanted it made as if he could not read what was on the receipt. I told him to read the receipt. The young man proceeded to put water and did not add inclusions AGAIN. So, I stopped him and asked what's the damn problem because now I feel that this is being done intentionally. You have the receipt yet you're going to give me what you want to give me? So he remakes it and puts the top on, I mention the inclusions AGAIN and he told me that he wasn't done making it. If I hadn't corrected him for the 1000th time, that young man would have given me my drink without all of the ingredients AGAIN. I'm not sure what's going on with Starbucks as a whole because every location that I have been to customer service sucks. They halfway make your drinks instead of telling you that they're out of stuff. There is never compensation for not having all of the ingredients. They just expect you to take what they made. There is always an attitude as if you're inconveniencing them when needing your drinks remade. It's just not what it used to be. I'm just going to have to start taking my money elsewhere.

The best S/b in Naperville both for the location and the building itself. The crew is exceptional as well, super friendly and fast. Just a lil bit chilly in winter days, could use some warm air inside:) all in all.. Highly recommended!

2 times in a row I’ve gone here and both times I’ve gotten the same person taking my order and have gotten the same messed up drink…twice. Smh very frustrating especially when you are the one causing a huge line at the drive thru window.
