Unbelievably they allow homeless with an entire shopping cart that all smells like the worst thing you can imagine, to hang out here all day in the store. Literally a large section of the store smells so bad that people stay clear of the area. That and a $7 coffee 👌

I visit this Starbucks every day during my lunch break. The staff is very friendly, and I love this place. Highly recommend!

Located at the busy Jefferson Street, this Starbucks is very conveniently situated, just a short walk from the Apple Store. The store itself is quite spacious, making it a great spot to sit and relax.

If you're planning to meet a friend for a chat, this is the perfect place. I always enjoy the familiar flavors and the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee, which makes spending time here even more enjoyable. Whether for a quick coffee or a leisurely catch-up, I highly recommend this Starbucks location.

We waited a long time for our coffees even though there were only a couple of other customers. When I asked about the order the staff joked about the delay and acted dismissive. By the time I got my drink it was made wrong, so I had to throw it away. Disappointing service and poor attention to orders.

This happened December Thursday 18th around 4pm.

Ordered through DoorDash and received a half filled, made wrong sad excuse for a drink. I’m sure the employees do it on purpose because it’s DoorDash, but come on. This is ridiculous.

Cashier was rude to me, tea didn't have the sweetener I requested, and they gave me the wrong size water. Good atmosphere and the tea itself was good, but I'm shocked that they managed to screw up tea and water.

Service was great! My drink and egg bites were perfect. However the first day there we noticed a homeless man outside with his pants hanging way down and very dirty! I was surprised when I saw him walk in. The next day I went back and there he sat near the pick up counter with his back against the wall looking at the front door. Same clothes and very dirty. I was shocked as we travel around the US with my husbands business. First time I have ever seen that. It was not sanitary at all. People are sitting in there and they were eating. Where I live that would’ve been a tick with the health department. Our local sub shop has a homeless man but he isn’t allowed in. They bring him a sub and drink outside and make sure he has a hot meal.

Literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. No reason to be that slow either.

I went to Starbucks today and I decided to give them a silly name to see if they would spell it correctly. The name that I gave them was thunkana and when the barista came up to the front to call out my name for the drink instead he just said the name of the drink instead of the name that I had given them to put on. Now I understand that maybe since I was the only one there that didn't feel the need to. But I still feel very upset about it because I was expecting to hear my name called out because what if there was multiple people there and someone had gotten a name closer to that I do not appreciate it

Slow service…under staffed…higher prices for same drinks vs. Starbucks in close neighboring communities (taxes?); Get me to the DeLorean to take me back to the Starbucks that used to be on this block before the 2 remodeling projects that made this location worse! 😭😫☕️

I have never experienced a slower, Starbucks, or coffee shop for that matter, ever. I have given this location a chance more than once. On peak and non-peak days. And I’ve never been able to get any order in under 15 minutes. Including the time I mobile ordered only a bakery item.
It seems they consistently have a staff of 3 to 4 people. Which isn’t necessarily an issue. The issue is they all seem to struggle with multitasking or having a sense of urgency. And I honestly don’t even blame the staff. I blame the management. Because a store with better leadership would have higher standards.

Beyond disappointed and surprised this store is still allowing poor staffing and the customer service to continue to decline despite the volume. During peak hours you have one barista, a person on cash doing one task at a time, customers waiting in line for several minutes with one person in front of them. Also more focused on mobile orders than people patiently waiting in person ready to order. Step it up Starbucks.

Dear Starbucks & Josh, ♡ Thank you for my Venti Cold Brew Pecan ND Foam drink and my pup cup. You never know what people are going through and talking to me like we're both basking in sunshine and rainbows truly brought joy to every part of what is me.

Starbucks, rarely are you not great. (Dont pretend you dont know it.) The price hurts but that's life I guess. Lol.

Thanks for the marvelous experience and very happy whip covered shihpoo.

** Reward your staff! I PROMISE you they deserve it!
