It’s fine if you want to pick up something on your way to somewhere else, but only so-so for the ambience and seating. Crowded and busy, so we waited longer than expected for a table and our beverages.

Excellent customer service! Mia kindly exchanged my latte. I tried a new flavor and didn’t like it and they were super nice about exchanging it for my old time favorite. Super busy too everyone was very sweet.

Had to wait a half an hour for our coffee because the workers where prioritizing the drive-through not to mention but I think as a disabled I find it terrible that the Starbucks employees allow random people who aren’t handicapped to park in handicap spots which is all the more stupid do yourself a favor and do not go to this

A disappointing Starbucks - the two times I was there it was a bit of a mess, no atmosphere and long cues. There is a significantly better coffee place a few minutes down the road.
I almost never rate a Starbucks but they deserve the stars here. They treated me in the best way ☕️

It made me so happy to walk in and realize that water is for free. I’m like seven Starbucks who would charge one dollar for water and I’m so happy to share. My experience for free is usually not normal but Lord and I found out that nowhere that AMC Hollywood Palms and Starbucks let’s you get water for free
