this place really disappointed me. i got a matcha w extra rapsberry cold foam. there was barely cold foam, it had no ice and the matcha powder was sitting all at the bottom. i don’t understand what’s wrong with napervilles starbucks in general. the one by ogden and washington sucks and is super slow, the one on washington and gartner sometimes wont even put the cold foam in it even tho i paid for it, and is super slow. and now this one. 3 locations all w in the same area and all 3 have disappointed me. will never get starbucks in naperville area again. i’m from chicago and hang around surrounding suburbs and never had such inconsistent or disappointing experiences w them. do better naperville

I wanted to thank the staff here for helping fix a mobile order issue where my app malfunctioned and placed my order twice which deducted a lot of funds from my Starbucks account! They were quick to recognize the issue when I came in and offered to refund me for 1 whole order. It was a busy morning but they still took the time to help me!! So appreciate how kind they were and helped turn my morning around.

We purchased the cheese and fruit box. We noticed it tasted a bit different and weird just to find out it expires literally today😭 the cheese literally smells like it’s rotten and sour

This is the BEST Starbucks in Naperville for a few reasons: 1. The place is FULL of sunlight, it is slightly elevated so you can enjoy a wide view specially enjoyable with this white landscape. 2. The sitting areas are diverse do you can have different type of moments...with a group, in pairs or alone. 3. The Crew members are always fantastic...very willing to explain to you new and old flavors...including sometines testing new styles. That's how I discovered the Cold Brew with pecan foam and pecan crunch. I drove several miles passing in front of other Starbucks stores to enjoy the 3 points above in this specific store.

I ordered on the App tall cappuccino but literally half of coffee of tall cup, and the top of foam even not reached the lid!
It was not rush hour at all, have lots of time to make a standard coffee!
I usually grab coffee of here but this time the experience was soooooo bad!

Don’t understand why people leave negative reviews for this place. If you have issues, be kind and they will resolve them.
If you come in with a negative attitude then leave negativity outside. This place is always busy and please be kind and patient, they are working their tales off to get all of the orders done.
