We have placed DoorDash three times the bread was toasted which we did not ask for the bread was like a hockey like again no cheeses or the ingredients we asked for we we will never order from this location again we called and the manager was so rude to us yelling in the phone we took pictures of the sandwich

People are nice and store is in good shape but......They are very cheap with the amount of food they give you. I've been there 2 or 3 times lately because they are nearby, but I won't be going back.Every time they made me a sandwich they put THE BARE MINIMUM OF MEAT, CHEESE AND TOPPINGS ON IT.This is not by accident. It's deliberate.They are charging like $6 for a 6-inch and $12 for a foot long and they give you literally 50 cents worth of food.Stay away. They are cheap and are ripping you off and they don't care.

So incredibly friendly. I came in with 5 gift cards with $5-$10 dollars on each and Rohan, I believe his name was, walked though combining all of them so I didn’t have to carry them all around. Big smile, happy to help. Thank you! Don’t normally see this level of service at a chain.

Subway is a wonderful chain…the sandwiches are good, the prices are reasonable, and the orders are filled quickly. None of Subway’s competitors can match it for value. One of the few drawbacks of Subway is its inconsistency; a few stores are fair, most are good, but a few are outstanding. This Subway, in the strip mall on the southwest corner of Chicago Avenue and Naperville Road, is one of those OUTSTANDING Subways. The bread, along with the other ingredients, is consistently fresh. The staff is helpful, friendly, and remarkably efficient. The manager, a very congenial fellow who runs a tight but welcoming ship, is on hand every time we visit, making sure that things are done right and the customers are happy. We are always made to feel welcome at this Subway; we are greeted and treated like we are family.When my family and I are on road trips, we seek out Subways for their outstanding value. But this is the Subway I choose to patronize on at least a weekly basis when I am not on the road and have my choice of several Subways in my area. Those Subways are all good. Some are very good. This one is GREAT.
Parking: There is always plenty of parking in the strip mall in which this Subway is situated.

Ordered from this location on Door Dash. What a WASTE OF MONEY!!!Stale breadHardly any meat but plenty of veg.This was the worst sandwich experience of my life.I order a sandwich, chips, and two cookies.They got the two cookies right. Chips WRONG. Sandwich HORRIBLE.What a joke.
Don't waste your time stopping here. This is the second time this location turned my husband business away. 1st time they wouldn't accept his coupons. 2nd time they wouldn't make his order stating they don't put chicken on pizza. Now I'm starting to think there's a different reason why they're not providing the SAME service a subway corporate location is offering. I will be complaining to subway corporate office about how this franchise location is treating customers that are willing to spend money with their brand name. Maybe this is why subway is standing on one leg.

The Chicago Ave., Naperville Subway made us two of the best Subway sandwiches we have ever had! I downloaded the SUBWAY® app for the first time ever; and it’s very user-friendly, and it gives you a very specific detailed list of ingredients and you can choose “less,” “regular,” or “more” for each.Katherine and I used the app, designated all the ingredients and amounts, and paid for it all on the app. We got an app only deal of buy one and get one for 50% off. We also earned points and have already earned a two dollars off reward.We live four blocks away from this location, and after we ordered, the app said our order would be ready essentially in about 12 minutes. After a four minute drive, the sandwiches were made when we arrived!The two employees were polite and directed us to the mobile order pickup area.The interior of this Subway is definitely more warm and inviting and modern and pleasant than your average Subway, for example, that may have been decorated many years ago. There are modern pendant lights, a nice Subway logo detail wall, and an amber type color scheme that is an update from the outdated, stale white and green decorated older Subways.Rating, 4.5 out of 5 stars.
