Tried to cancel an order placed to this store because the app kept on setting it to this one and not the one I was manually putting in. Called store 3 times and no answer. As far as customer service- I wouldn’t recommend this store.

So slow! Messy. There was one thing kid left all by himself to handle everything. The place had spills every where. Took over 20 mins to make 2 sandwiches. I feel bad for the kid. Awful management. They were out of everything.

I had a terrible experience today at this Subway. The person at the front had the worst attitude from the moment we entered the store. She did not greet us properly, spoke to us rudely, and looked angry and frustrated. She even charged extra for our sandwich, and when I asked her about it, she became furious and even more disrespectful. This is not the way to run a store—customers should be treated politely and with respect. There was no courtesy or professionalism in her behavior. I will never visit this location again. Thank you for the terrible experience.

Was my 1st time visiting a Subway in the US and the layout was pretty simple & neat. I’m used to Singaporean and Malaysian Subways so I saw options I usually wouldn’t see over there such as Brownies, Burritos, more breakfast options, more drink options, and Honey flavoured bread apparently.
I got the Honey flavoured bread with meatballs inside and it was super good. The guy working there was friendly and very quick with the order as I was in a little bit of a hurry.

I have always went to this location on my lunch break. The manager Ava had a nasty attitude when I asked to get my wrap remade. I wanted my wrap toasted so the cheese and ham would be cooked she’s going to say they’re not warmed up but mind you she did it last time for me. So I don’t know what the issue was this time.

Absolutely no good service, wrong order entirely and a very snarky and rude person behind the counter. Wrong type of sandwich with the wrong bread and cheese. A dog could do a better job listening. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Poor kid working alone 5pm 1/14/25 did a great job keeping up with impatient people who wanted to complain and get free stuff. He was calm and polite :) sandwich was great!
Still 3 hours to closing time and they don’t have the bread. The open sign is not even on. The person said “ I came in at at 4 pm and I did t make the bread today”.

The person that was there making my sandwich was extremely inattentive. They also didn’t accept the deal that was the 6.99 one that all the other subways were doing. She asked me to pay before even giving my sandwich and also burned my sandwich in the process. Extremely unprofessional and very poor service

The food was not cooked properly. I had asked for toasted Veggie Patty and the patty was not toasted at all. I had to end up trashing the whole order. Do not recommend this location. There is a better one at Plainfield.
