The young lady who worked the night shift on Wednesday the 15th makes poor sandwiches and does not practice proper sanitary procedures. Do not recommend for vegetarians.Vegetarian options: They use same gloves on meat,cheese and veggies so don’t hope for clean vegetables.

My sandwich was ordered and I picked up late I called and asked for it to be remade and the associate Haresh told me no. I then proceeded to tell him I will pay still told me no . When I arrived to pick up my order he says he did remake it and it was made less than 10 minutes before my visit . I picked up the bag and the sandwiches were so wet and soggy the sandwiches broke the bag . Poor management and establishment.even after all that management still refused to make a new sandwich

good. The customer service was fantastic. Not only that the guy who works there have a lots of patience and helps the customers. He has a very good response and does the work in a very quickly. He informs the customers about the extra pricing and was very helpful in making my sandwish. As i told him veggie he immediately washed his hands and changed his gloves and made a beautiful sandwish. The best sandwish with a respectable customer service and splendid ambianceVegetarian options: The vegetables were very fresh and the containers were full. I always see empty containers in other subways but this is something very different

I had a very bad experience for the first time.The lady who made my wrap was very rude.1)Even after telling her I'm vegetarian she didn't care and was making the wrap very close to the meat.2)I asked her about cheese, she said can't you read we provide only 2 half slices with the wrap and after arguing she added 2 more without even telling me about it's extra charges. As i denied to pay extra, she literally took out 2 slices and threw it in the cheese basket.I mean, who does that??3) Also the lettuce was very bad.

If I could them zero stars I would. My family and I went to this subway. 1. The girl was so rude 2. I ordered drinks then AFTER I paid then decides to tell us there's no ice. 3. Asked for a bag for the sandwiches in which she rolled her eyes. Upon returning to my seat, comes back and says "I didn't charge you for the fountain drink! Please pay. Mind you, at this point I already ate a full meal and was drinking in front of her for 20 minutes. I then said are you being serious? She said yes check your receipt. So I continued to say, so basically you want me to pay for a warm fountain drink because you have no ice. How much do I owe? You would think ONE cup should just be a slide, she continues to charge me $2.60 for a warm no ice fountain drink. I'm telling you the people that run these Subways can be super petty and rude and penny pinching. I gave her the $2.60. If I had it all in pennies I would have given it to her all in pennies. She must have been concerned when I said that I would write a comment she immediately got on her phone. Jesus lady! One drink you stopped me after I ate?!

This week, unlike last week, we purposely went to a different Subway and ordered a foot long sandwich. We first asked the employee, if it was going to make a difference if we had the same sandwich and ordered it as 1 foot long or 2- 6 inches. He said, No, I’ll just make one foot long and cut it in half. He still used the same coupons as I tried to give the previous week at the Naper and Maple Subway. I had a much better experience at the Royal/St. George Subway this week.

Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mike's, Potbelly, or Jimmy John's. Subway sends out coupons to bring you in. Then, the stores don't accept them or modify them to what they want them to be. The quality at them is so poor. Just look at the freeze-dried cucumbers and brown lettuce. So sad.
