I'd give it zero stars if i could.. husband asked for a foot long bmt on a flat bread....the two guys couldn't even figure out what side the meat went on dude was putting the meat on it hamburger fold stile instead of the hot dog fold style and when i told him it was wrong he looked so confused.. ontop of constantly having to repeat the stuff we wanted on it and off of it and still got it wrong

Normally I write super long reviews and stuff, but what I do have to say pretty much is what anything could be said about a great subway location. I honestly just wanted to mention that I'm happy this place is open 24 hrs. In a world after COVID where most places have still refused to stay open all night, at least certain Subway locations have decided to keep staying open all night long for us night shifters.
Many thanks to the staff who are always friendly when I come in, the food is perfect, very clean and welcoming. Keep up the amazing work everyone!
Oh also plenty of seating too, booths, tables, and I even a super long table along the window with aboooout 10+ chairs. Also an outside seating area too!
Ooooooonly thing I'll say, but this goes for Subway as a whole, are those prices that are still way too expensive. Jimmy John's is still the more affordable and fresher tasting imo. Again nothing against this location, I know this goes for all of Subway, but jeez. Also the app is so laggy, definitely could be better executed.

➡️ First Impression: I visited Subway at 1550 N Rte 59, Naperville, IL 60563, craving a late-night bite, and it turned out to be a delightful stop with great food and service.
➡️ What I Bought: I ordered a big bread stuffed with all the veggies, cheese, and tuna. It was packed with flavor and a satisfying amount of filling.
➡️ Taste & Quality: The taste was outstanding—the tuna was fresh, the veggies added a crisp crunch, and the cheese melted perfectly, making every bite delicious. The quality felt top-notch, with fresh ingredients that really shone through.
➡️ Portion vs Price: The quantity was good, leaving me full and happy, and the cost felt moderate for the quality and portion. It was a fair deal for a late-night meal.
➡️ Service & Environment: The store was very clean inside, creating a welcoming environment. The night-shift worker was incredibly helpful, with great communication that made my visit enjoyable—I’d love to see him rewarded with a raise! I tried the outdoor seating, but the seats weren’t clean, which was a minor hiccup—not a big complaint, just a suggestion for improvement, especially for summer.
➡️ Final Thoughts: Subway in Naperville is a gem with outstanding food, a clean store, and fantastic service, thanks to the night-shift staff. The unclean outdoor seats were the only downside, but I’ll definitely visit again for that tasty tuna sub!

My daughter and I went into this store last night ! When I say this man’s customer service was outstanding is an understatement! I really hope the owner really appreciates Mohan ! I left him a tip and ask for his name so he can get the recognition he deserves. A great human being !

I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and if you look at the picture of the sandwich I got looks more like just small salad of lettuce & cucumbers.
Compare it to the picture that’s advertised!- What a joke!

Plastic piece of what I assume is a glove in my sandwich, contacted this location multiple times and only got the response of ‘sorry it wasn’t up to our standards’. Subway used to be ones of my faves- sadly has gone down hill. I understand these things happen, but the response I got was not okay.
