An apparently experimental location. There’s no people helping you… just a giant machine for employees to babysit. Gives next to no protein, and is genuinely one of the least hospitable or pleasant Sweet Green locations to eat at. The employees were fine, but any choices had to be entered into the app, you couldn’t converse with someone before ordering. Truly a terrible and dystopian experience. Also, Sweet Green corporate… if this is the future of your stores, I do not see much of one. Also, this is not on your employees… this is on your greed.

It was just ok. The salad looked NOTHING like it did in the picture. Flavor was bland, not much to get excited about. I wouldn't rush back.

Not clean. Weird experience. Used to go to these all the time in New York, and was excited to see. Unfortunately, weird post-apocalyptic vibe of robots making salads and dirty tables. Doesn’t taste like it used to.

100% cold corporate feel. The atmosphere is horrible. Price is outrageous for basically zero employees. Food was hardly warm at all. You get to watch your bowl go down the assembly line being scanned to the corporate amount of food. So if all that isn't awesome enough. The place is filthy. Clean your own table before you eat. They don't even have wipes to clean the table. We won't make that mistake again. Just my experience.

I ordered 1 bowl, 2 days in a row. First bowl had cucumbers in it that tasted like straight up chemicals. I thought maybe something was off. Ordered today and again the cucumbers taste chemically, inedible. Someone else left a similar review so not sure what’s going on here. Also topping serving sizes are weak.

Food was good, however I received literally 1/2 cup of rice and toppings were not enough for it to be a 20$ meal. Prefer Oakbrook location for the portion of food and workers. The machine system is practical but I won’t be coming here again.
