I feel like the Oakbrook location is better! You actually get the human interaction and also the food portions are so small compared to other locations. Also, you have to wait, compared to the Oakbrook location, your plate is made in front of you and you check out. I don’t personally care for this location.

All you do is go to the kiosk, to order, very fast to order, no sit down needed. Come whenever. I been to 2 locations - oak brook area and here Naperville. this one has a machine which makes your food (other has people buffet style.) both good places. Vegan options there’s a Blacken Tofu seasoned harvest bowl (yum!) this place is healthy and the hummus on the side is vegan. You can add apples, carrots, avocado whatever you want to your bowl. Love it. pro: fast, clean, yummy. Con: pricey, you have to find parking elsewhere & walk to the place might take a bit (but nice to look around!) and lots of vegan options like French fries, chocolate nuts, etc. I recommend being a friend.

It’s a nice place but when they are playing two different songs out of the speaker system it can definitely be sensation overload. Not very enjoyable for the sit down experience.
I really like the clean food and the automated service. Food is always fresh and good serving size for the price. Customer service is pretty good, no complaints. Would like to see them offer a few more beverage options though.

I’ve been to the Sweetgreens in Schaumburg.
So I was surprised that this location doesn’t have an actual person take your order.
They have about 4 - 5 iPad like devices where you put in your order.
My wife put in her order separately from me. But she accidentally put her order in twice.
We were, at the time, the only two people in the place. I was surprised that they didn’t ask us if we meant to order 2 of the same exact salads.
TBH, I was disappointed because there wasn’t any interaction between the people who work there and us. So I wound up paying for 2 salads.
The Schaumburg restaurant is wayy better than this place.

This was my first time going to a Sweetgreen. I was very excited as I have heard great things. I found it strange that you ordered at a kiosk and the food was dispensed onto a conveyor belt. When I opened my bowl, my friend and I were surprised by how sloppy the bowls looked. Mind you, the images looked beautiful and we were shocked. White rice was minimal and over cooked and mushy. My bowl was basically Arugula, even though I had plenty of other veggies that I ordered, they were lacking. I wasn’t impressed. Basically paid 15 dollars for arugula… Additionally, not 100% sure it correlates… but stomach was extremely upset all day and I ended up getting sick 🤢 later in the evening after being uncomfortable all day. The food just seemingly sat until it was gone, and it was definitely the one meal I had that came up… Sweetgreen. My hopes are that maybe it’s just not my forte. I would recommend Curito if you are looking for healthy power bowls!
