Currently in the drive thru line. Ordered at the outdoor menu. Still sitting in front of the order menu 30 minutes later! Blocked in unable to leave due to cars behind me, with two screaming children (1 being a hungry infant) in the backseat. Ask me how my night is going....I'd be happy to answer considering I have nothing else better to do with my time, other than trying to calm down my hungry and tired kids at what is now 7 at night. Nothing against the workers tonight. Very sweet & apologetic. Clearly understaffed. Corporate: get your act together and take care of your workers. You'll keep employees that way!

Lobby closes at midnight. Drive thru continues to 3 or 4 am depending on the day. The 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt is probably the best bang for your buck now. Everything is expensive 😭😭😭.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The workers on 2/2/25 working at midnight (so 2/3/25 at this time) were unnecessarily rude and filled my drink and let it spill all over the sides then handed it to me. Then they gave me no sauce so I just went in to grab it myself. Also took minutes to even start taking my order in drive-thru and I guess they all felt the need to come to the window and stare at me as I drove up which was weird lol. Overall horrible service compared to every other Taco Bell in Naperville or literally anywhere else.

This is the worst location the customer service is too worst drvie thru was closed when I went inside to order the food no one are responding they are playing the loud music and ignoring the customers even if they get the notification of my order they are purposely ignoring and dancing inside without responding i waited more than 20mins its ridiculous, they didn’t even pack my food properly its discussion

Let’s be real—it’s Taco Bell, so my expectations aren’t high. But this location is by far the worst. Every time I go, they seem overwhelmed with drive-thru orders, and I’m always told to go inside instead. It feels like the owner is just pushing people toward the app to cut labor costs. Find an alternative - this place sucks.

This location seems to always have staffing problems. It takes an extremely long time to go through the drive through. I have a feeling there normally are just two people working. One at the window and the other cooking.

The overnight employees do not work their shifts here, ever. They sit around and avoid every single customer, sometimes blatantly walking in front of the windows just to emphasize their laziness. At 1am there were 4+ cars waiting in the drive thru for a restaurant that doesn't close until 3am according to Google, the Taco Bell app, and the sign on the door itself.

I saw the employees walking out of the restaurant after giving up in the drive thru and double checking the hours on the door. They just rudely told me "We're closed" and offered no valid reason as to why they were closing the store early, nor why they can't change the signs anywhere; they just lied to me and told me they can't.

This business is actively disrespecting its customers and throwing away money by leaving ANY of the current overnight staff employed here. I avoided posting a negative review before, I felt that certain circumstances could lead to needing to close early every so often and gave the benefit of the doubt, but the way I was talked to and treated by the employees tonight was totally unacceptable.
