The employees don’t work the register. You’re forced to use a kiosk. Also this place is atrociously slow. At least if I could order at the register like it should be, I could’ve at least gotten my drink

I just went through drive-thru today after putting an order on the app. None of my customization I paid for were followed for my son stacker. When I called the person on the phone immediately thought that I was calling in response to another complaint for a woman not receiving all of her items. I Explain the situation and ask for a credit to be on file. I have an autistic son who's already having a meltdown from not getting the dinner he'd like and now has to wait for me to prepare a different dinner. There is no way that I'm going to head back all the way to the restaurant again. But I do deserve a remake of this item. I spoke with a woman Shayla Williams I'm not too sure if that's even her real name but she told me she could not give me a credit for when I came through drive-thru next time. Fed up by the constant issues at this restaurant I asked for the general manager's number. She placed me on hold. I remained on hold for quite some time before finally hanging up. I'm assuming I was purposely left on hold. This is not the first time there has been an issue at this location. In fact This is not the fifth time there has been an incident at this location. The staff there are children who would rather run around and play instead of taking their job seriously. The only reason why I had to go and get Dinner from this location is because the better location is shut down for renovations. It is very simple to follow instructions however because they don't take their job seriously it's not a surprise that they don't follow them. Another major issue with this location is that No matter if there's no cars in front of you, you will sit Waiting in the drive-thru. There was one night I am not joking I waited in line for 20 minutes. The person behind me found a way to escape the line after 15. Do not go to this location.

We came in tonight and our order was missing 2 items. I made the manager aware and she was so friendly and cheerful. She made one of the items herself (the other item was premade) and gave us 2 vouchers for free tacos. I'm giving this branch 5 stars because of the great customer service!

If you order delivery this store always takes 30-45 min to prepare the food. So it takes over an hour to get the food. Every single time. It’s a fast food restaurant and should not take that long.

Poorly managed. I can tell, the restaurant is super busy and I can see the manager sitting in their office, maybe help during dinner rush? Didn't get some of my food, restaurant dirty and the people working the line did multiple things with out changing their gloves, including playing on phones. Also found a hair in my food. Thanks, but the rest went in the trash.

EXXXTREMELY slow! Ordered a party pack with soft tacos and did not get what I ordered. Does not look like a taco to me! $40+ for some squirrel CRAP!!

Honestly, I think I just had the best Crunchwrap supreme in my life today from this Taco Bell. I’d pick this Taco Bell over any other in the area, their tacos & taco like creations are always phater & juicier 👌👌

This taco bell was new, and clean and the staff were so friendly. It was nearly 11pm and the dining room was still open and clean and people eating. It was really nice. The service at the drive thru was excellent. Super friendly and quick. Everything was correct with the order. I had a crunch wrap and a cheese quesadilla and tried the new cheesy street chalupa. Everything was fresh and yummy!
