This was a amazing experience. Man in the yellow taco bell hat was very nice and welcomed us in. Seems like a very well kept place and nice environment. 100% would recommend.

You will get your orders incomplete, you need to check the bag before leaving the store, from my last visit I've missed 3 tacos I had to go back to the line of drive thru to let them know, the cashier apologized and gave me a coupon for free taco next visit.

They open at 9:00 AM. We arrived at 9:34, placed an order at the drive-thru, and drove up to the window – but no one was there. We waited for a while, but no one showed up. We had to leave with nothing. Honestly, with this kind of attitude and service, this place should have been shut down long ago. They canceled breakfast, probably just because they’re too lazy to make it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this location. Please open something worthwhile here instead.

Shout out to rasaan , always showing great hospitality, great customer service, and generally always such a chill kind guy whenever I come in. Customer service here overall is just always great and their rating should be much higher than a 2.7. Give Rasaan a raise fr he deserves it and most def has earned it 💯

Sounds like more of the same based on prior reviews. I tried my takeout Mexican pizza went I got home and the crust was sour/bad. Called for a resolution, but a young lady said she was a manager would not offer options and did not give me her name and hung up on me ! Avoid this location , I should have read all the crappy reviews on here !!

This Taco Bell is comically bad. Don't know how they have anything beyond 1 star reviews. I live in the area and have ordered here several times over the years, each time food is wrong/missing/not even cooked. How do you mess up a cheese Quesadilla? Expect to be completely baffled at how bad this place is. Best case scenario is you get your food after waiting an obscene amount of time. I don't know how I have made the mistake of coming back so many times. I always think to myself that maybe it was a weird freak scenario. No, this location just needs to be closed, it has no business still existing. Look at the other reviews. Any of the good ones are suspicious. This location has become something of a running gag in the area. You tell someone Taco Bell did you dirty, they look at you with a cheeky grin and ask if you got it from the Aurora Ave location. Other taco bell locations will apologize to you if you mention going here.

I ordered a customized bowl like i always do, this time i orfered in the kiosk instead of drive thru casue they are missing many items in my bowls from my past order and i had to go and talk to manager woth an extra 20 mins drive and get it right.

Today even though i placed the order right there, they missed 4 of my items from the bowl and when i specifically asked abou tthem the guy inside was saying how the hell did the customer knew he was missing all these to which the kady upfront said that i am showing in the app and i also added saying i ordered the same thing for the past month many times.

They refuse to make the bowl again and just gave all the sauces on side and told they are put of guacamole and they can to do anything when i specifically paid extra for the extra guac.
Very rude staff and worst customer service.

Food made wrong, I told them to refund me for that portion. Denise, the manager of the store, deneied the refund. She told me she made cheese roll correct. The cheese roll was not cooked, and tomatoes were in there. She told me I was lying. The picture is attached. She was rude on the phone. You have to bring all your food now to get a refund. Her attitude was not acceptable. Talking in their language so I can not get things. She refused to refund my rewards. It took more than one hour. I have to drive 20 miles for their mistakes for nothing.

Ordered through the app. Once my order was ready. Went to pickup, they then couldnt find my order. Showed the name and order. From there, they stated someone had already picked up the order. Informed them they gave the order to wrong person, then the guy claimed I messing with him or trying to get a free. Ignoring this comment since it was late at night I told them I can pay and order again so i can go home. Both employees and the manager, without taking my card or order again told me to pull around and theyll be right out. Parked for 20 minutes before finally going back through the drive thru where they served the other 10 customers with me but ignored me in the line twice. No accountability at all, place needs better managers and training, blaming a paying customer for them giving the order to someone else is absolutely nonsense especially since I offered to reorder and pay. Seems like all reviews are accurate.

Came a few times but this time was the last straw. Ordered my burrito with the sauces and they completely forget it. Now I’m 20 mins away. It’s an everytime thing. Please management do your job, I came in December 19th at 2:40.
