Went on drive-thru during my lunch break to order food for me and a co-worker. Said hello to whoever was taking my order, no hello back just order when you’re ready in a not so friendly tone. I told the lady I would be placing two orders and she said nope only one per customer. Like, what’s so hard to place two orders??????? Anyways, I decided it’s never worth to argue with anyone in the food industry, especially cheap drive through food, but sad to see what service and low work ethic has come to. Never will this place get my money again.

Go to any other location, especially if you want Taco bell. They don't serve TV breakfast. Don't take TB coupons. Waited over 12 minutes for just a Carmel apple empanada. Employees on their phones. An extremely poorly run half assed version of two franchises. Trust me it's worth the drive to another location for either

Haven't enjoyed this location in years but decided I try it today cause I live right by it. Walked in to 3 people working waited and waited no acknowledgment. They chatted just behind the counter completely ignoring myself and my boyfriend. They saw us, the man prepping the KFC side made direct eye contact but never a "be right there" or "one minute". They weren't busy, drive thru had 2 cars and we were the only 2 people inside waiting. It was disappointing to say the least. We waited about 5 minutes before walking out. I am at a loss how this location is open with all these negative reviews.

Very very very disappointed with the location. Ordered 4 veggie crunchy wrap supreme and they gave meat inside it. They didn't even give a receipt to claim the wrong order. Very bad, this is the worst service with this location, be aware of what you get for the order when you're at the location.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. By far one of the worst things i’ve ever been through, first they refused to remake my doordash order when someone else took it, then they made me pay extra twice and then they got my order all wrong. Either fire every worker there or go out of business.

This is the worst Taco Bell. Unfortunately I live close to this location for last 8 years. Today I got a chicken cantina taco and the shell where the cheese is suppose to be was black like charcoal. I had gone to another Taco Bell by my work and it was total different taco that was really good. If you go to this location look at your food before you leave or skip it all together. Not like you expect much from Taco Bell but this location is really bad. I always wonder if there is a manager at this location. Wait is usually 20 mins which is odd for Taco Bell. I should have taken a picture but I was driving’s.

Place is extremely dirty, service is slow , younger servers are good but the older ones tried to scam me out of my drink . I got a steak quesadilla and it was basically cold and there was no sauce in it at all .

Waited 25 minutes for a simple order (just 2 items). After 10 minutes they girl came up to ask "wait what was your order again?" . Then we see some workers have headphones in listening to music, and some stand around chilling and laughing, chatting it up?. Sounds like a fun place to work but if you're trying to get food then go somewhere else
