Terrible service, Was told I could not order things that were on the online menu. Of course, they screwed up the drive through order, but yet charged me for it, so I had to go back into the store to rectify it.. Whoever the owner is has to make better hiring decisions for such a flagship store in a prominent area.

The service here is absolutely awful and it's the slowest taco bell I've been to. The staff doesn't acknowledge you at all if you order food for pick up inside. I stared at my order just sitting on the counter getting cold while the staff worked at a snails pace. Go to the one in Wheaton and save your time.

I just spent 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting in this drive thru AFTER ordering ahead of time. Just to get to the window and get told that they are out of everything that I ordered. No refund offered. just a complete waste of time. Do not go here. So ridiculous

The dining rooms is weirdly small. The kitchen is overly large. Some guy came in and didn't want to use the machine to order. They made him wait at least 5 minutes before even acknowledging his presence.
