Our waitress was amazing. Very busy, ordered apps first and waited to order dinner. Everything of course came out at tge same time. They needed to turn tge heat down. Way too hot for a packed restaurant.

I love this new Texas roadhouse location. It’s better than the original one on patriot Lane the Patriots one was a nightmare to get in. Luckily, this new one is a lot better to get into the parking lot. Our steaks were amazing. The rolls were delicious. Recommend this great stuff I love Texas roadhouse
Our server, Ivan, was very kind and very attentive. Every one was attentive, but when we weren't enjoying our meal as much as we could have been, Ivan made sure that we got the food we wanted!! The manager was very knowledgeable and talked to us like we were best buddies. After our conversation, we decided to stick with this roadhouse instead of one closer to us just because of the service. Absolutely impeccable!

I’ve been to several texas roadhouses over the years, and they mostly seem the same in quality. The service is usually great (and Sammy was pretty good!), but the food is just okay. The vibe is fun but it’s dark as hell, and I’d like to see my food better. The fried pickles are tasty, but kinda salty and you hit palate fatigue pretty quickly. The same goes for the cactus blossom fried onion on a different visit. THE BREAD AND CINNAMON BUTTER IS PROBABLY THE BEST OUT OF ANY RESTAURANT! (Hot, soft and perfectly paired). The chili is decent and probably the best side so I usually do two of those . I got the ribeye and ribs combo. The ribs were flake off the bone, tender, but dry as hell and kind of coarse in texture. I ordered the steak medium rare, but it came out more of a medium well just like at one of their other locations. There was maybe one bite that was closer to medium rare. The smokehouse burger is pretty tasty. Our server, Sammy did offer to have things remade better, but I consider wasting meat pretty heinous, so that was their shot. A higher ranking staff member also came out to address the issues (he informed that it’s the luck of the draw and some parts of the rib area are drier than others, and it happens to him when he orders the ribs too. I hadn’t had enough of the steak to mention the overdoness or so I assumed) and made the same offer but I declined. We visited because we had a gift card for here that covered 1/3 of the ~$75 bill, but I would not choose to dine at this chain again (longhorn steakhouse is better for steak).
Everything does appear brighter only in photos.

Probably the best place for steaks in a casual environment. Great options for everyone. From the salads to the chili to their burgers and their amazing variety of meats, if you can't find something to eat here you shouldn't eat out

I would like to give them five stars. The only reason I can't is because is because of the baked potato. We always inform every server everywhere we go every time that we don't eat pork. It wasn't until the last time I went which was well over a year ago that a server finally informed us that the baked potatoes are soaked in bacon grease. I was appalled. Not the fact that they so come in bacon grease but it's the fact that nobody's ever told us that until then. I used to feel crappy after I ate but I thought it was something else now I know it's the pork and the potatoes.

Joined the wait-list. Was told to gather my party and proceed to the hostess. We were told to stand near a number 3 on the wall nearby. There were about 40 people standing near the entrance, we were blocking where the servers get the bread. Had to be asked several times to move. Bumping into people, all crammed into the space inside the door. People were even having a hard time coming out. Ok that was my first impression. Once we finally got to a table, there were a series of errors. Maybe the server was just overwhelmed. They even tried sitting a party of 7 at a booth designed for 6 behind us. I understand that places get busy. But don't tell me my table is ready and force me to stand shoulder to shoulder in someone's path. I will not visit this location again. The entree I chose, I did not care for. That was my fault, not theirs.

It was a little noisy based on how busy it was. The food was excellent, well seasoned, and brought out right on time. The staff was high energy and seemed genuinely happy to be there and serve food.

Food was food was very good! The atmosphere was attractive but loud. Unorganized customer traffic flow in the waiting area / entrance.very congested and over crowded creating fire hazard conditions! Overall would only do pickkup and mot dine in.

Having been a regular customer and this recent visit really got me shocked (not in a pleasant way).
Food: Ordered a MEDIUM T-bone and the picture was what I got. It looked and tasted undercooked and I did not eat one more bite on what was left on plate.
(I mean this is a steakhouse after all. Why do I think I can cook better t-bones myself?)
Service: I told our waiter about the dish, he was a nice guy but could not make any decisions. He checked in the kitchen and came back saying 10% off (like $7) was the best they could do.
I felt I needed more an apology from the kitchen for a poorly prepared dish, while the 10% looked more like saying “take your money and stop causing troubles”.
We asked to speak to the manager. The manager (Jarrett’s) showed up with a do-not-mess-with-us attitude. All she asked was “what you want?”. All she said was take the discount or nothing. No apology! No sympathy! Not even “how can I help you?”throughout this talk. (When she left, she just turned around the stepped away without saying anything. I did not know that was the new manner in this industry.)
One logic that I felt laughable - her argument was you already ate part of the dish, and thus nothing we could do. The problem was I wouldn’t know half the dish was under cooked before I cut and tasted it. And, you can at least recognize your mistake and offer apology and regret for this dish and my experience in the restaurant, maybe?
