That Burger Joint

This was a decent place. I'm vegetarian though and they have no other options than fries for us. I had their parmesan truffle fries and they were alright, not amazing. I think the plain fries are probably better. But their staff is really nice.

Food was good for a burger. Fries were also very good! Service was slow and couldn't answer any questions about the food that they served. A little pricey. 3 burgers with fries and drinks almost $60.00.

Pretty tasty burger, but I believe there are better burgers to get in the area. Service was good and being connected to the Oberweis ice cream shop is convenient.

Loved this place, we gave it a second chance since the Wheaton one sucks!!
But food is good staff is super friendly and they bring out your food to here truly a hidden joint 😊

This company uses MSG and hydrolyzed soy protein in their burgers. I found out the hard way after eating there and feeling crap about an hour later. I looked this info up and found it afterwards. Stay far away from this toxic crap food. I am serious.

Best delivery burger I've ever had. Wish the pickles popped a bit more, but everything else was awesome. Can't wait to try it hot off the grill.

Got the double bacon and cheddar burger combo.
The burger tasted great, one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while 4.3 out of 5 in my opinion. The fries were far beyond my expectations 5 out of 5 on the fries also asked for cheese sauce on the side, highly recommend that. Overall great joint.

Poor first expierence. Ordered a BBQ Burger and Chicken Tenders with fries to go. Got home to find they forgot the chicken tenders. Tried calling and no one answered so I drove back with the food. Explained my issues and was first told, "I wasn't here when that happened but we refunded the tenders." I explained this doesn't help anything, now my food is soggy and cold, and my partner is without food she ordered, and how would we know about the refund if no one tells us. Without apology, they remade the food, took the old food and told me snidely, "The tenders are in the bag now." Thanks, I would hope so. Will not be returning.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken was like biting into a rubber sandal, I asked for a remake and then I got a slightly less rubber sandal then next. I asked if the employee can make a burger and he said he could but he told me straight up that he will not remake me fries, so I was like ok, you make me crappy food and then can’t actually make me a decent meal, then I ask him is the chicken fresh and he said yea I made it yesterday. How the hell can you call something fresh when it was made yesterday. Poor Professionalism, Crappy Food, and Sticky Gross Tables. There’s better things to buy for far cheaper.
