Talk about an amazing experience, the atmosphere is great and inside it connects to the Oberweis so you can get ice cream after. The food is great, all really good and reasonably priced. Most workers there are nice. Overall very good no complaints would recommend.

Favorite burger joint in Naperville, great service, and clean facilities. Burger was tasty and is fantastic with the house TBJ sauce. Hot dog was good as well. Can't miss on the fries. We also had ice cream at the connected Oberweis next door. Thank you

Purchased 3 sandwiches, one large fri and 3 drinks… $45 with 15% gratuity. Sat in a booth with a sticky table, the burgers were underwhelming, fries were overdone and had no flavor. Hard not to understand why it was near empty on a Friday night. First and last visit for me.

Honestly, this rating has nothing to do with the quality of the food and *everything* to do about the service. Here's a pro-tip: don't accuse your patrons of lying about an order. News flash, if we're already ordering overpriced food, we're not going to lie about a missing fry. Oh, and thanks for not wearing any hat/hair net. Getting a long hair with a burger is just the cracker-jax surprise this meal needed.

Over priced McDonald's style cheap thin cheeseburger. My bun was literally massively thicker than the meat, and the bun itself was stale and hard as a rock. All you can drink Oberweis milk is nice, apart from the unsightly and gross fountain drink area that looks as if it hadn't ever been cleaned. With that said the girl working the counter was very nice.

We visit a few times a year. Past experiences have been mostly mediocre. My last visit a few weeks ago was EXCELLENT! Ethan is a sandwich artist, who provides service with a smile, and great customer service. Shocking for me from such a young man, when customer service is a dying art form. I wasn't going to order because of past experiences with my sandwich being improperly prepared, having to come back, call, or being so disappointed that I didn't eat once I got home and discovered an issue. This time, I watched Ethan take and prepare my family's order with such excellence that I decided to order my usual. He did not disappoint! It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had there. Thank you Ethan! I would've given 5 stars if I hadn't had so many poor experiences here. There needs to be more consistency. All employees should know the difference in the types of cheese, what goes on each sandwich, and provide service like Ethan. I would give Ethan more than 5 stars and only about 3 to the location.
