Had fantastic oysters from The Argonaut Co. Oyster Bar. Pre-ordered them when they were at solemn oath brewing and can’t wait to see what other pop ups they have around town! So fresh and delicious!

An exceptionally personable company, with very fresh seafood. The warm lobster roll is excellent, made with simple ingredients to accent the lobster flavor! Their oysters are extremely fresh and delicious! The company clearly focuses on quality food! A great event, showcasing their oysters in the photo!

Best Fresh Oysters

Today I had a crab boil provided by these guys, I highly recommend it . It was arguably the best crab boil I've ever had. It was purchased at kishwaukee brewing company in Woodstock, Illinois and it came with instructions and it was a 10/10. I will be doing this again

Truly some of the best seafood available in Chicagoland! We love the crab boil dinners, everything was super fresh! Easy to make and so delicious! Reall nice people too!

I honestly can’t say enough about Argonaut Co. Just experienced their delicious seafood at Plank Road Tap House. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. The food…omg… delicious! Oysters and lobster were on point. The attention to detail was above and beyond. Such a perfect Sunday afternoon!

Highly recommend! I’ve participated in two events hosted by Argonaut and both experiences were very positive. The quality of the oysters were outstanding. The owners are very passionate and enthusiastic about their business.

This place is amazing! Let’s start with the customer service; I spoke with Carlos when placing my order and for pickup, he was beyond accommodating and very helpful. The take and bake instructions were clear and easy to follow. The seafood was absolutely amazing! I wish I could give them a 10/10!

Tried this place and eh very AVERAGE, IT REMINDS ME EXACTLY OF THE OYSTER BAR AT MARIANOS. What say you there OWNER? Try deleting this one. It seems you can't take honest feedback.

We ordered the bake at home boil for the pop up at Exit Strategy and it was amazing. We also appreciate the packaging and the willingness to accommodate our no plastic request (no side sauces and the main stock in the bag instead of in a side container). Nothing says quality like caring practices.
