The Cheesecake Factory

We went for my son’s birthday. It’s only been open a couple months so I was surprised when the table felt bumpy like it was scratched or old and bubbling surface. Also that the glasses and cutlery all felt the same. Decided to put some water on my napkin and wipe everything and suddenly it’s all smooth. Everything is just very dirty. I thought maybe the dishwasher is not working right but that doesn’t explain the table. I’m u likely to go back it was gross. Food was fine. Service was good but I just feel ick

first time going to the new location and it was subpar. was told the wait would be 30 min and it took almost an hour instead. Got seated on the patio which wasn't ideal but there were plenty of empty tables so not sure why it took so long to get a table.

I didn't order alcohol but the people I was with did and the drinks were not good. When they brought my food out they said the plate was hot but my food wasn't. I used to love the food at cheesecake factory but it was just average.

Cheesecake was good though!

Even when their system went down, the staff was very attentive, food was great. Worth lingering over!

I was told there’s a 40 minute wait. After waiting over an hour and not being seated I went back to the receptionist and she said that the system was down and that if we still wanted to be seated it would be another hour. No answer when asked why the people waiting in the waiting area weren’t told anything. Also no apologies.

Absolutely terrible service they made me and wife wait over an hour just for them to tell us that their system down and we would have to wait even longer. They gave us no courtesy notice at all and did not show any empathy at all. Never coming back here ever again in my life.

We had such a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Naperville. Our server, Corey, was amazing. He was attentive, kind, and stayed on top of my son’s allergies the entire time, which made us feel so welcomed and safe. As a parent, that means everything.
The food, the service, the atmosphere — all of it was perfect. We really appreciated how seriously they took his allergies, and it gave us so much peace of mind while enjoying our meal.
We’ll definitely be coming back with his safe-foods list again. Thank you, Corey, for making today such a great visit!

Had the spicy chicken pasta and nachos — both were solid, nothing mind-blowing but definitely tasty. The pasta had a good kick to it, and the nachos were generous and satisfying.

Only downside: we had to wait around 20 minutes after we finished eating just to get the cheesecake. The back-of-house process seemed a bit off — definitely could be smoother.

Service at the table was great — attentive and friendly. The front-of-house, on the other hand, was just okay. Not rude, but not particularly welcoming either.

It’s The Cheesecake Factory, so you pretty much know what to expect — the same over-the-top décor and vibe you’ll find at any location. Still, it’s a fun spot and worth a visit if you’re in the mood for something familiar.

Just be ready to drop a chunk of change for food that’s good, but not amazing. Kind of the classic Factory experience — enjoyable, but pricey for what it is.

We went to The Cheesecake Factory for our anniversary dinner and had a wonderful experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was so friendly and attentive. We loved the appetizers — everything was perfectly prepared — and the carrot cake was absolutely amazing! Thank you for helping make our special night even better. 🍰💛

Visited with Family for Dinner today at The Cheesecake Factory, Naperville. Ordered Tex Mex Egg roll,Street Corn, Loufsiana Chicken Pasta, Jamaican chicken/ Shrimp , Side of Rice,Peach Lemonade. All foods were good. The fine dins Restaurant is having very good service, Awesome ambience. The service is excellent. Must visit.

I went to have dinner and had a very unpleasant experience! We had the bread and appetizer delivered at the same time without silverware or plates. My server was Axl A, he was very rushed when taking my order. I ordered a pasta Da Vinci the first time it was delivered with 5 small pieces of chicken, when i mentioned it to my server he took it to the back and came back like 2 minutes later and appeared to look better and more full. Unfortunately the chicken WAS COLD. The check was 50 dollars for 2 people for 2 drinks and one appetizer. I just wanted to have a nice date night and was extremely disappointed! Will not be coming back.

Clearly don’t order cakes here. Very clear instructions not to put dividers and give a fresh stock. Totally opposite service provided.
