Meal (roll) was too oily… and when I leave tip for 5$ personal was shocked that I leave 5$ but for this meal i never have to leave a tip
Amazing service and ambiance.
I spent $170 on food that was horrible. I have had better dinners at Arby's. Steak medallions in some sort of thick sauce, smash burger that tasted like boiled meat and a pasta dish that had overcooked pasta and a few mushrooms and 3 cubes of chicken. Definitely was not worth the $25 price tag. Service was slow and they forgot the simplest of dishes, a salad. Very sad from this restaurant group. This place will not get a second chance, I would rather go to Shake Shack and really wish I did.
We went there for lunch several weeks ago
Just getting time to post a review
We waited almost 45min after our ordered was taken to get our food.
We told our waitress we had to leave soon and it still took forever.
The manager did come to apologize but it didn't help as we were late for our next appointment
Don't recommend it!
We walked in and had to wait 30+ minutes to get a table which didnt fit our family. Anyways after waiting there we decided to stay thinking the service and food will be worth it the wait. The waitress came picked up the order for drinks and left. 30+min later, I had to ask another waitress to order our food bc we were there already over an hour just waiting... our first waitress came back and we ordered our dinner ... well another 40+ min to get our dinner!!! We all ordered steaks... super small steaks, so not worth it at all.
Also, I signed up my husband for the rewards to get the free cheesecake slide on his birthday! Well, we came to celebrate his birthday today and the waitress and manager declined to give it for free.
You can enjoy a better meal at any of the restaurants around!
Note: I talked to the manager in turn and he didnt do anything to make my experience better. Answering to whoever had replied to my review here!
***Update - was asked to contact Naperville Cheesecake Factory by owner/operator. Much like our food and table still waiting a week later to hear anything.
Normally one of my families favorite locations to have a meal and celebrate an event. Waited almost two hours as we watched other parties of the same size or larger be seated until I complained. Manager came over and after waiting that long stuck our party outside after a brief apology. Server was not trained. Did nto get any table numbers correct so our food from start to finish was delayed and brought to incorrect table. Asked us for dinner order first thing. We asked to get drinks and appetizers. Also some water. 45 minutes later we were delivered two calamari cold and still no drinks or water. I had to ask bartender for the drinks and made several trips to bar to get drinks. Ten minutes after we gave entree orders server came back to ask how I would like my steak done. This was after we finished our appetizers. So food order wasn’t out in until much later. Just seemed like mass confusion and the server thought he was doing a really good job and even told us how good he was. Honestly one of the worst evenings (4 plus hours). Manager didn’t come over once after she knew of the issues. We did not even stay to have cheesecake for the birthday we were celebrating which the server did not remember. Paying what we did for a party of 8 was ridiculous. It was just poor attitude and service all night. Several other servers were trying to make this better and were very polite. Will not return to this location.
Aaron was a great server, spicy ginger beef was delicious
Breakfast was delicious! Especially pancakes. Cheesecake was really good to go for later!
Always a very nice place to grab a bite with friends and family. But if you love tiramisu cake (NOT TO BE MISTAKEN FOR THE TIRAMISU CHEESE CAKE which is very good), don't buy the tiramisu CAKE here. It taste nothing like tiramisu cake while being way over priced at $15 for a slice of... whatever it is... but it ain't tiramisu.
The Olive Garden restaurant has very good tiramisu cake. Even Whole Foods Grocer has good tiramisu. BUT Cheese cake Factory, place remove tiramisu cake from your menu... or slice the price by 75% and change the name.
Kayla was an outstanding server—friendly, professional, and always on top of her game. She made guests feel welcome, knew the menu inside and out, and handled busy shifts with ease and grace.

Kadedria was phenomenal! From the second we sat down to when we left, she was so attentive, friendly, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Thank you for such a great experience, we cant wait to come back!
My server Daniel was great! He was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He brought everything we needed and gave me extra cheese and ketchup with my burger (per my request). 10/10 will be coming back and requesting him again! I'm very satisfied with my dining experience and don't know if I have ever felt such a feeling than I did while eating here. Great, great, great!!!!
We had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Naperville. Our waitress Gina was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Another server happened to walk by as I was finishing my drink and immediately offered a refill. The service was seamless and genuinely impressive. The food was delicious from start to finish. The SkinnyLicious menu is my favorite and I love the nonalcoholic options. The stuffed mushrooms were especially good, flavorful without being overly rich like they often are elsewhere. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Needs more seasoning on certain entrees especially the Alfredo. Waiter was very sweet, caring, and prompt.
Professional service and the food is very tasty. We had very good time with my family here.
