Worst service. I was waiting for to go order for more than 30 mins. Though they have order ready - they neither called name or nor do they care even if i go and ask them. Worst part is - i asked for to-go and they are giving box to hand with no carry bag. They really dont care customers

I've ordered from here.many times. So far have tried momos, Chili paneer, paneer tikka and chicken tikka burgers, hakka noodles, veg pizza, onion samosas, pastries, tea, coffee, chikoo shake and Monk's special fries. I liked all except the momos and the tea and coffee are not consistent. One time it is good then the next time it's not as good.

An absolute terrible customer service both from the lady at the counter who took our order and the guy who came out of the kitchen to talk to us. We asked that the food to be made with mild spice but got very spicy instead. When I asked them about it, the lady said that we asked for medium spicy and on top of they both started arguing with us. They said that this is how the food is made, take it or leave it. We left the food since it was not edible and did not get our money back either. It costed us close to $100 at this terrible place. I would not recommend this place. It’s not worth dealing with people like them.

Fairly bad experience at this place.1) Chicken Munchurian was loaded with soy sauce and vinegar. So muc so, that it looked black. I had a burnt tounge after eating a few bites2) Service was pathetic. Lady on the counter was extremely rude. It took them 35 mins to get a portion of momos. When we walked up to them to ask if the food was running late, she gave a very rude reply. Later the food kept sitting on the counter for long, and she said that it was sitting for 20 mins and we never bothered to check.

I ordered a Veg cheese sandwich and was told that it would take about 10 minutes but in reality I had to wait for nearly 40 minutes when I was offered this disgusting sandwich! Totally not worth the price. I will never visit this place again.

I ordered cheese and paneer sandwiches and both tasted so good. Whole family loved it so much.
Food was amazing at the beginning days used be a regular customer. My recent experience was horrible, Over cooked noodles sticky in nature. Their monks spl used to be really nice, wont go back again unless i hear their old taste is back.Consistently providing the quality food is important, which this place lacks. They need to improve making delicious food consistently.
Update -Tried the restaurant again ; food quality is appalling . Save your time and $$ and hit up other good restaurants in the area————————————If you are willing to wait 2 hours for 3 items that cost 26 dollars , welcome to come here . I understand it’s the first day but 2 hours to get the food is insane. My time is worth more than the food I ordered. The food was meh !! Better spend some additional $$ at Bombay Chopsticks - way better Indo Chinese cuisine.

Since it’s opening we have been venturing food from this place on average every few weeks. To begin with, the food quality was great with a taste close to roadside Chinese in India. And, it prompted word of mouth marketing to my extended fam and friends with a disclaimer that food delivery takes longer. In recent times, I started to receive more than handful of my references saying that food quality has dipped. To which, I ordered for a visiting fam who loves this kinda food and to our utter surprise it was a disaster experience. Of the 7 diff items, lollipops stood out and rest were great in the early days, but turned out utter disappointment.Due to above experience, we will not be venturing food from this place anymore as there is no improvement in time for food delivery.I do wish they succeed and improve their customer service quickly before it falls of everyone’s fav list.
It was the worst Momos we ever had. Even my 7 yrs old said it was worst. Who put potatoes in Momos ,filling was so smelly like stale and we had smelly mouth even after gargling, sauce had no taste..if there is option for negative rating I will give minus. Never ever giving business and will not recommend.
We tried paneer tandoori momos, veg momos, green chili fried rice and the paneer pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious and the spice was on point! Those were the best momos I’ve ever had! They have combo deals on their menu so I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu! Staff is very nice and respectful.Food is made fresh so it takes time to cook. I recommend ordering first and then passing time at the grocery store.
This new Indian Chinese restaurant Food taste great, got bored with regular Indian restaurants. Thanks to Mall Of India for introducing new cuisines to naperville city.Loved the Chinese Bhel and noodle pakoda.Puffs and pastries are fresh and tasty.Don’t miss the custard apple shake.
Indian Street food taste with reasonable price. Pre-order via portal is very easy, not much wait on weekday ?. Of the 5 dishes, 3 were great, 2 were OK, so is 4 star. I will be sure to go back to treat with more dishes. Finally, the wait is over for a fast-food indo-Chinese in Naperville
