Food was fire and service mid, I’m complaining because yes we went on a cold day but I mentioned the heater not working twice , & how other bays were super hot and heater was working fine (bays right next to us or after that one) and I was brushed off with a “they are on“ and that’s it.

Went today, Wednesday January 28th. Extremely cold day, so it was slow. We were greeted when we came in, and we met Yaya at our bay, who was extremely kind and made our whole experience wonderful! The manager even stopped by our bay and gave us free handwarmers since it was so cold out!!! Small gestures like this make all the difference in this day and age!! Food was good as always, and their price was extremely low. Please please please try this location! You'll be so glad you did!

Me and my friends all had a great time tonight, our waitress Kendra (I think her name) was super super nice. Somehow we got an order of potato’s delivered to our table which we didn’t order and she let us keep them! I suck ar golf but had a great time.

I love golf I come here all the time this was the first time that they were rushing me to leave on a Friday night for something I payed for was told by security to leave I was already packing up when he told me and I was like what the heck dude do you not see me leaving? Did I do something wrong? I paid for this. This is inappropriate and not acceptable.

The experience itself was decent, with a good selection of games and heated tables, which was especially appreciated during the winter. However, the service felt inattentive and at times unfriendly, which impacted the overall experience. The food was good, but better service would have made the visit much more enjoyable.

Service was good. Staff is polite and helpful. The website states the facility is climate controlled. It definitely is not. If you've not been here before, it is very misleading. My golf club heaters are much better and bays are free. Food not good. I guess it's probably ok if you are not a golfer and are just looking to play games.

Topgolf thinks we should be tipping 20% on food, beverages, and gameplay. I disagree. They used to bring out an itemized paper bill which you could use to tip only on food and drink. They’ve gone paperless and now the server brings a mobile POS kiosk which only displays total and recommends 20% tip on total. You have to think for a minute to estimate gameplay cost and reduce from that recommendation, all while the waiter awkwardly stands there. This is all on top of the food being a bit pricey.
Perhaps I’ll consider tipping on gameplay when I’m placed in a better bay on the third floor, or if I feel that the golf ball dispenser is putting in extra work and doing a tip-worthy job of spitting out golf balls. As it stands, I think it’s pretty ridiculous to make tipping in gameplay feel like the standard.

Went there for late afternoon lunch, greeted by the bar staff and sat at a table directly next to the bar. No one said a word to us after that, about ten minutes go by so we decide to leave. The staff could clearly see us, and made no effort to ask of we needed anything. I even asked the bartender why there was no service to our table and he responded with “huh?” I’m sure management doesn’t want to see a family of four walk out without spending a dime but here we are. ‘Edit’. Forgot to add that there was one other table in the bar area and no one at the bar but half a dozen employees.
Such a great time with great food and service. Will definitely be going back!

Extremely rude/unreasonable staff, can confidently say I will never be going back here or recommend to anyone. Got denied service/kicked out for trying to order a beer at 25 years old while visiting my Girlfriend for Thanksgiving! They had never seen a Connecticut ID before and first reaction was to immediately call it fake. Even after accepting the fact that I was not going to be able to drink, and that the rest of my group whose IDs were accepted would not be able to order drinks now (which already was lame as hell and ruined the vibe of the night), we were then still asked to leave at this point. I was just looking forward to a fun night to end the vacation before I flew home over the weekend, but thank you top golf Naperville for ruining that!

Topgolf Naperville is a great place for me to practice my swing off the course. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, and the people there are always friendly and helpful. Whether I’m working on my game or just hanging out, it’s always an enjoyable experience.
