Our family visited tonight and our host was extremely professional and attentive. There were some hiccups with the food and drinks and there were issues with the system capturing our points; however, her service was too notch! I believe her name was Adriana (tall slim beautiful black young lady) Some of our food took over 40 minutes and our cocktails weren’t very good. Our experience with her encourages us to visit again!

Went to this place yesterday, my server required us to put a card on file for our food even though we paid and all of our information on the app (don't like this idea but whatever, I'll follow the rules). Server then proceeded to be very short with us while we ordered, never checked in on us or our food (which was COLD). Drinks had ZERO alcohol content and the soda that was used in them tasted extremely flat.
Now as we left, we came out to the parking lot to the POLICE looking through our car windows (which I'm quite positive is ILLEGAL) when we confronted them they said it was standard procedure for them to do so to check for guns and open alcohol???
Needless to say this location will NEVER see me again. I'm extremely disappointed that management would even allow that as I'm sure this has happened before.

Great experience over the weekend, our server Yovani was amazing. The manager, Justin could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend going here especially if those two are working.

I just want to start off with usually I have great experiences with top golf at Schaumburg and in Naperville. However this time I went and it was a bad experience unfortunately. Starting off I had booked a time and when we got there the bay was still occupied by the previous group in the bay and the table was a mess. Fortunately there was staff present to relocate us and apologize. Once we were relocated the server Debie had approached us and immediately pointed out we had brought water in and started telling us about policy. Which is understandable, but when I was asking questions trying to understand the policy, the server immediately started trying to escalate things and asked us if we should get a manager involved. I really felt unwelcomed and it seemed like I had to calm down the server and apologize and de-escalate the situation. When all I was trying to do is understand the policy and it's restrictions. I was very disappointed and felt the server was very unprofessional as they didn't even talk to us or welcome us or even try to understand why we brought water. My wife is pregnant and brings her own water where ever she goes. I'm very disappointed and I love top golf and I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was there. Definitely will think twice before coming to this location.

This place was great. I have been to a top golf before so I knew what to expect but I was here for a company event. The event manager Tony was phenomenal and I forgot the waitress we had tonight but she was on it. I would give 4.5 stars cause the only problem was quest was kinda cold. The event ran smoothly and would definitely go back

Had call in to see if it was by reservation and got an automatic machine saying that no reservation need. So decided to come out only to be told that we needed a reservation and that it will be a 1hr plus wait time. This is very disappointing and honestly a very bad experience. Why would you have a machine say one thing only to get there and be told something completely different? Also they keep pushing our time back which is ridiculous and disappointing at the same time. When they have open bays available on each floor.
