Me and my brother ate at this restaurant last night, and I gotta say the ramen was in my opinion pretty good. The broth was delicious, I thought the pork was great, I ordered extra mushrooms. The service was good too, the waitress staff were kind also considering we got there a little before closing but didn’t realize it so they were patient. I will be going here again for it closer for us to get ramen without driving to Chicago. I know it’s a soft opening but continue build that menu up and prove the lower ratings wrong.

Absolutely disgusting. Gyoga burned to a crisp, literally, eggs hard boiled and dry (in ramen), chuncks of fried pork (in ramen)...just awful. Inedible.

I placed an order online for my son's birthday dinner tonight. My husband went to pick up and a sign on the door states they're closed Mon & Tues. Their website shows them as open and I ordered and was charged for a day they're closed. I called the number from the receipt and she couldn't have cared less. Very poor customer service. Birthday dinner ruined and now no dinner. They don't keep any of their information updated - addresses, hours, etc. Overpriced for broth and noodles with poor service. AVOID

I used to like coming to this place however it’s become very inconsistent. My past experience, and now my last, I ordered chicken and got something that looked and tasted like pork/ham. I asked the server and she insisted it was chicken. If it really was chicken I’m pretty concerned with the quality of said chicken. Server offered no solution to chicken issue so we took it out of our ramen and ate the rest. Again I used to really like going here but after this I’m not so sure I’ll return.

This was my first time at any of their locations and will definitely be back. The ambience was nice and the food was delicious. I had the spicy chicken bowl which I recommend if you like buffalo sauce. My bf had the spicy Miso and it was so good that I know I'll be getting that next time.

We dropped in and ordered a little of everything... The gyoza, fries, and crab rangoon was over cooked. It was almost like the oil needed to be changed and it didn't drain before it went into the serving dish. They were out of rice for the bowls... The pork in the ramen was over cooked as well. We wanted to love it but didn't. The waitress was nice... the restaurant was very clean.

STAY AWAY IF YOU LIKE RAMEN! I had such high hopes for this ramen shop. If you are a fan of ramen do not go here, the noodles tasted and felt like they were straight out of a can of Campbell's noodle soup, very mushy and flavor was not what you are looking for in ramen. The pork was not good at all, so much unrended fat and was not edible, the spicy miso was not even spicy to the slightest degree. I came here with such high hopes just to get crushed down. Don't waste your money, don't let this be the ramen experience that you go through. I'm sorry, but serving those noodles is emberassing. I wish i had something good to say about this place, but sadly I do not. Literally had to throw away the food without finishing it because it was so subpar. I would have sent it back if I was eating in the store. I know this a brutal review, I don't want someone's ramen dreams to be crushed like mine was. If I could give 0 stars I could.

Overpriced for extremely mediocre ramen and over salty Gyozas. Gyozas were too salty to even eat. Would definitely not recommend. There are several other spots for good ramen around the area.

Wanted to try a new ramen place instead of the place I've always been ordering from. And regretted that I should've just ordered the original place I've been ordering from Got 2 tonkatsu ramen, umai fries, and crab Rangoon For 9 dollars fries , the fries were soggy and salty and 5 dollar crab Rangoon came with only 4 overly salty Rangoons and borderline burnt . Ramen was decent but do not recommend the other 2 apps Edited: first time I've tasted chashu that's hard af smh Don't think I'm gonna order from this place anymore At least I gave them a try

Drove extra 20 minutes out of my way on my way home from work to try this Ramen. And I’ve had my fair share of ramen broth dish. I have to say I WILL BE BACK! So worth the stop. The spicy miso pork broth is amazing. I am blown away with the smoked pork. Wish I had gotten extra. Must try! I spilt the entire dish into two meals. Absolutely love it.
