Went here for the first time yesterday and will be back. The ribs were very tender and had good flavor. Brisket sandwich, links, and tips were on point as well.

At The end of a long 15 hour day of towing I’m coming back from dropping off a trailer off the back of my rollback that had a snapped axle I’m starving and I’m cranky. I can smell the barbecue from across the street. My eyes meet what my nose is smelling and I pull in immediately . upon walking up to this man’s barbecue joint. I get the warmest hello and I see the biggest smile, the prices are reasonable & they give you humongous portions. The owner is an absolute genuine guy and he’s running the place with his son. The container of rib tips that I got for $20 felt like it weighed a pretty good amount. Maybe I’m just tired from a long day, but I think I think that envelope was stuffed a little bit. I really like his sauce I asked for it to be spicy and I don’t know if it’s a custom thing they did or if they have a spicy sauce, but it was phenomenal, they give you a good amount of fries and a piece of bread, which is normal for barbecue and for $23 , a 285 pound blue collar working man is stuffed. 100 out of 10 definitely will be back, one of the best places in the area if not the best.

Very nice place

I really wanted to like this place. I was soo excited and probably ordered way too much. The Rib tips were super hard and tough. Potato salad is store bought. Yuck! They forgot my side of baked beans and I didn’t receive any cornbread after I asked for two as a side, I was told it was included. Everything was listed in the receipt even the cornbread was handwritten on it. It was 1pm and the trick opens at noon so I was really disappointed at my entire meal and experience.

Service was great . Food was good as well.

Rib tips were the bomb. Be back soon to try the links.

It's a great place to eat. I found this place by accident. The food was amazing and fresh. Hot good bar b q. It is in the middle of the parking lot, so they may not be in the same place all the time, but they'll be here Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the foreseeable future. Great prices as well. They were super friendly. I had to put this place on the map. The menu isn't accurate at the moment of this post because they are just starting out.

Fantastic BBQ for catering!!! Finally got a chance to try their BBQ for my daughter’s confirmation party. We ordered beef brisket and chicken breasts. The brisket was super tender and very flavorful. The chicken had a nice smoked flavor to it. They make their own BBQ sauce for using it on the brisket and chicken. Both were very flavorful and did not need the sauce. They tasted great on their own, but the sauce added to the flavor. Excellent food and excellent service for their catering. Kirk really does a nice job with his BBQ. Highly recommended!!! Enjoy!!!

The pulled pork sandwich was delicious! The staff was fast and friendly.

We're from Texas and heard about Uncle Booker's tips....they are all that and more. Gonna take a pan back to Texas on ice!!! LOL
