We had a fantastic experience yesterday at Up North Ale House. Our server, Alex, was wonderful. She was attentive and engaging without being intrusive, and she was very good about making sure we had everything we needed at all time. The food was well prepared, tasty and at the right temperature. Great food and excellent service! We got our food relatively quick, and it was amazing. I can't remember our servers name but she was very attentive and made a great recommendation for one of our entrees. Will definitely come back!
My husband and I went to Up North Ale House with another couple. It was our first time there. We decided to give it a try after seeing ads about the restaurant. The service was less than desirable. We had an early dinner, and there wasn't much going on in the restaurant except for some parties in another area of the restaurant.
