The food always tastes good. The service is reaaaaaly slow, and sometimes the order is wrong.
Rude workers so rude and so about there “policy” they won’t give you a extra sauce but they will mess up your order make you go back in and wait for another order to be made while dealing with the rude staff that obviously dosnt enjoy working there and probably should be far away from customer service. When I asked for the receipt to make a review I was told the machine was down then when I asked for a phone number to make a receipt the manager told me it will just go to him anyway and refused to give me a number to call extremely unprofessional made when want to just ask for my money back and return the food but I was running late also

I order food and then had it repeated to me. They some how missed a whole combo meal on my order. When I came back to get it they told me they never even recorded it. So I paid for a meal to then get yet again the wrong burger… (never given receipts) I stopped back up there and when I tried to get my food fixed I gave the girl my bag of food. the girl stormed off and left me there for 5 min. A guy finally came with the right burger but not the meal. When I asked where the rest was he got defensive and started questions me and I had to convince him to ask the other worker. He then started getting nasty once I said to not get defensive and just ask. Started to swear and defend I think his girlfriend, not sure. But I felt very threaten just to try and get what I paid for.
3 time I had to go back and each time was met with the same hostility and aggression.

The soda machine is one reason I come here. 25% of the drinks were out. Service was slow. Food was great, hot and juicy.

Ordered ahead for a group of teenagers, including fries, nuggets and frosty.
Food took 10 extra minutes to come out and then no frostys to be found. I had to go back in and wait in line again, then 0 urgency to actually get me frostys. The line was “I’ll get them in a moment” but then the server just took the next persons order. Not sure I’ll be back when it takes 25 minutes to get my “fast food” order completed.
Oh, and two other people had errors in their orders while I waited for mine while a 3rd person walked out when the person taking orders just walked away.

the weekday manager guy who works days is always good. for that reason alone I'll go there. he's good at his job and very efficient.

It’s around 1 A.m, my family & I pulled up to the drive thru to place an order. The girl says “ what can i get for you ” and in the middle of us placing the order she cuts us off by saying “ hold on for a second ” . My mother said “ that’s completely rude & bad customer service ” so, a couple seconds later she says “ GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER ” in a yelling tone. We were waiting to see what my sister wanted to order then she says “ HELLO WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU ” . My mother said “ ma’am can you hold on for a second ” then she’s like “ WELL Y’ALL AREN’T SAYING ANYTHING” . so my mother says “ well never mind we don’t even want the food anymore, your customer service is very poor God bless you ” , and the girl goes “ YOUR MAMA ” as we’re driving off so we pull around to the window i’m pretty sure it’s the girl who’s taking the orders standing there looking ( short, caucasian, black hair ) & we knock on the window since she never came to the window. The manager comes, I ask her “ May I know who’s taking the orders on the speaker ” and she says “ one of my employees ” like that wasn’t obvious 🙄. I say “ well whoever is, they’re being very rude to paying customers saying YOUR MAMA ” . She said “ y’all were being smart first y’all was yelling at her cause I have on a headset too I can hear it” . We never once yelled at her or was being smart at all first of all. Secondly, I don’t care what went on, as a manager it’s your job to make sure your employees are following the rules and doing their job correctly. Just be mindful this shift is very rude for no reason I guess cause it was almost closing time, but you chose to work there, not me. Won’t be coming back though.

The food tasted fine, the employees were kind. Everything in the restaurant had a greasy film on it. The tables, the counters, the floor, the door handles.

Fries were hot & the people were very nice, including the manager who was a really solid guy 👍. Respect 🙏.
